I ordered a pick up order over the phone and was told it would be 20 minutes. Got there and they still hadn't started my order and claimed they “forgot” so I had to wait another 20 minutes until it was done. Ended up being horrible regardless. They microwave the meatballs for the pizzas and subs. Do not come here. Go to Murphy’s Pizza or Firewood instead if you’re in the area and want real pizza.

Family and I ordered Pizza Factory for pick up the other night and it was such a great experience. Food was ready on time and was really delicious, especially the garlic cheese bread (chef’s kiss). Also, the staff was so great when we came in to pick up our order. They were professional and really friendly. Thank you!

I wish we had gotten to try the pizza since it smelled and looked good . We ordered pizza ahead of time online and showed up at the designated pick up time. When we got there it was a mad house of people and the staff said there were 30 orders ahead of us and it would be 45 minutes. It was frustrating but I figured I would kill time and grocery shop next door. My husband went to check at the 45 minute mark and they said it wasn't ready but we couldn't cancel because it was supposed to be next to go in the oven. We then tried to kill time doing more grocery shopping. When we came back the third time an hour after our scheduled pick up time they said it still would be 20 minutes and they would call when it was ready. So we went home and never received a phone call..... I recommend if you go, to order in because we watched dine in customer after customer get there pizza as they kept us waiting.

A great stop before heading back down to the central valley from Bear Valley. They had a great pizza, bread stick, and drink deal offer, and the food was great in a friendly atmosphere. The shopping center location offers many other amenities, too.

This was my first time dining at this establishment and needless to say it won’t be the last. The nice young man working (Victor) was very attentive and helpful in going over the menu with me and helping to place my order. When we got my order placed he told me he’d be making my food himself and he did such a wonderful job. The food tasted amazing and the atmosphere was comfortable. The salad bar was very clean and fresh, there was a great variety of toppings one of the best kept bars I’ve seen to date. Overall, it was a once in a lifetime dining experience, thank you to Victor for making that possible. You’ve earned a customer for life.

I got married at Big Trees last weekend and we chose pizza to feed our guests. The management at this location was extremely helpful. I called a couple months in advance to get the information and spoke with Scott. He was wonderful! When I called back 3 weeks before the event to place the official order I spoke with Victor, and it was an equally great experience. We ordered a total of 30 pizzas. They were done on time and delicious! When placing the order a few weeks ago Victor assured me he would do everything he can to make sure it is fresh and done well and he and his staff did not disappoint. The pizzas were fantastic and the whole wedding loved it. The staff provided an abundance of cheese and peppers as well as jars (yes, I mean actual JARS) full of ranch. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thank you to everyone involved in helping with our giant order for our special day!
