i was on a skiing trip with my family and was on the way home as we stopped to eat at this subway. we went on monday, december 23 towards the evening (around 5:15 pm), and there was only one woman working behind the counter. we instantly understood that she had no intention of serving us. we asked questions about what was available and if the bathrooms were open and every one of her answers was followed by a sigh and an eye roll. she even announced that she needed to step out for a few minutes to take a smoke because she hadn't done so in a couple hours. only one member of our group bought food and the rest of us left the store hungry, feeling extremely unwelcome. this was our first time having such a horrible experience at a subway, and we will never be coming back. we were not able to get the woman's name unfortunately, but because of her, you will not be seeing us here again and we will spread the word about the horrible treatment we received.

We stopped by this location on our way to Lake Tahoe from Yosemite. Both staff members were professional and super helpful. Sandwiches were also made exactly as requested.

Horrible service, didn't change gloves inbetween touching food untill asked, when i tried to politly ask to remove brown avocado pieces employee got an attitude and got snippy replying thats all of it then and made her irritation clear and made the entire expieriance very unpleasant.
I went today around 11-11:30. Alisha was the only one there. I was third in-line when I walked in. By the time it was my turn there were 10 people behind me. She never stopped working and handled the line with dignity and superb customer service. She paid attention to the bread alarm and kept trucking along in a flow that made it look easy. She never lost her cool or let the crowd get to her. I expressed my understanding and she thanked me for my patience.
Thank you Alisha. I’ll see you next time I’m up this way.

I walked out after standing in line for over 15 minutes while the 2 staff socialized with the customer. One lady making pizzas as slow as possible while the other one boxes them up instead of taking other orders from the line. And then the staff laughing about a customer walking out after waiting and waiting. Lol try the Big Trees sandwiches instead they're better anyway.

Nice staff
These were the best Subway sandwiches we've had at any Subway restaurants. The server was making them so meticulously, I was totally surprised. The sandwiches looked like those shown on marketing pictures. I've never seen anyone make them these good. I went to my car and told my wife about this. Although she wasn't planning on getting one, she went and ordered one for herself. She also said this was the best tasting sandwich ever. The employees were very courteous and friendly. Although I don't live in the area, if I'm ever back, I'm getting my subways from here.
Rude staff

It's probably the last franchise restaurant you will find until you cross well past the snow-capped road going through the mountains.
Convenient and tasty and on the way home from a lovely ride in the trees. The people were friendly and quick to serve us.
I have been going to subways for years and the main appeal was their large sandwiches for good prices. I ordered online today to only come home to a sandwich that was 2 inches and a half wide. It literally had half of what it is normally packed with. I WILL NO LONGER BE EATING AT SUBWAY. A footlong toothpick sandwich is not worth $10!!!
Very clean and terrific service from the night shift. So friendly and professional! A nice stop off the road.
