Cashier was friendly and courteous. And despite all the customizations, he was on point, got every part correctly. Excellent hamburgers, kudos to the people in the back taking such care. Clean restaurant, great food, excellent value. Highly recommend the double and triple cheese burgers.

Everytime I come and use the drive-thru and try to use Apple Pay they give me an excuse that the drive-thru does have Apple Pay set up so I can come in and pay. I disagree and 15 seconds later they set up Apple Pay and all is good. Why give the customer a hard time about payment method. Next time I’m going to park my car in the drive-thru window when they tell me to go in and use Apple Pay. This store need to get there shit together. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no. The attitudes are terrible. Not a friendly place to go. The response below avoided the issues and is prescription. The link provided only wanted my personal info and was unable to address the issues.

The big Carl’s Jr sign was on, as was the sign that said ‘Drive-thru Open.’ I pulled in from the freeway, then waited by the speaker for just over five minutes, then moved forward to the window- there was nobody there, though all the outside lights were on, and lights in the kitchen were on. I had just got off work and was headed back to the hotel. I was very hungry & was happy when I saw the ‘open’ signs. A very disappointing experience…

Terrible front service. The young person who took my order seemed absent as if taking my order was a bother. And got my order wrong twice I had to go back inside for a missing item I was charged for. Do not recommend going in anytime on Sundays before five.
Bathrooms should be open to the public not to just employees maybe its easer to just close them so you dont have yo clean them lazy! Second if your hours say 9:45 why is your front door locked at 8:15.

They are slow, and they can't get the order taken right, then dint get the right order in the bag. Then the girl at the window cops a bad attitude like it's the customers fault. Manager was not much different. Laughed it off. Might be another two years before we go back. What a waste of space

Fries we're a tad undercooked and appeared to have had a long wait in the bin. Dr Pepper was on point, though. Prices to eat fast food are getting out of control.
