We ordered 2 original crusts pizzas. These pizzas were just as thin as a thin crust but with an edge on them. Only difference. So thin pieces stuck to the box and when you pulled at it there was literally no dough. Unbelievable. The toppings were scarcely even there. Obviously trying to save money by cutting down on everything they can. It’s at a point with Domino’s either buy a cheap frozen which world be the same quality and save yourself money and frustration Or spend a tad more to get a pizza that you actually know your eating a pizza somewhere else.

Very poor. Ordered regular crust and swear it was as thin as a thin crust. Extremely sparse toppings. They have cut down in every possible way to save money. Not really worth it.

I enjoyed having Dominos as a gluten free option for pizza even though its extra for gluten free crust but now that you have to have at least $20 worth in your cart to check out on top of the $5.99 delivery fee, an expected tip, and general fees, every order is nearing $35+. It makes using the coupons worthless because i have to add more food to my cart that i cant even consume all on my own as one person, or i have to pay the ridiculous overpriced - full priced pizza (roughly ~$26 after all the fees for their smallest pizza available) and even then its sometimes not enough to meet the minimum $ requirement which is maddening since its gonna tack on another $7+ in fees anyways. Unfortunately it has made it impossible for me to ever buy delivery from here again

Update 7/11/25 After 3 disappointing orders I leave a negative. This pizza is embarrassing. Scant toppings seems to be the norm after a month of good coverage. Then it nosedives. COUPINS are great but if you only get a smattering of tops what's the point? Just order a cheese pizza it's the same! 05/25Piping hot and fresh, toppings covered well, very tasty and made to order. Can't beat the coupon prices!

I previously wrote a glowing review but because things have changed so has my review... I no longer order from the Domino's in Arroyo Grande. I ordered for delivery, and added a nice tip at the time of payment. Then the girl delivered to my neighbor's house. Ok, things happen, I have nice neighbors so they didn't eat my pizza... And I called to tell the store about not getting my pizza (before I knew it went to my neighbors) because the app said it had been delivered. The man I spoke to was rude and short, said she delivered it to and gave me the address. I told him that's not my address. Then my neighbor brought my pizza to me and I told the guy I got it and he hung up. Ok, again accidents happen. Next time we ordered, I didn't get delivery, I went to pick it up. The bread we received was raw inside. You cannot eat raw dough. I thew it away. This was over a year or more now. We get our pizza elsewhere now.
This place is great. The customer service by Luke is definitely five star. This gentleman needs a raise. would highly recommend this place to anybody.

I don't like their service; they charge for everything, like extra toppings or cheese, but don't provide plates or bags. The customer service was rude. I ordered a half-cheese pizza for my son, but the base was burnt, and two slices had almost no cheese; the rest was crunchy and burnt, and I didn't even feel the bread in my slice. The Parmesan bites were also burnt. This is not my first time experiencing this.

They lie over the app to meet time requirements, leaving me confused that it says my pizza is complete but never coming to my car. I go inside to ask where it is, but it's not even out of the oven. I don't mind waiting since I know how it is working at a pizza shop (as I currently work at one), just don't lie to me. If I decided I didn't want to go through with my order, this would have looked bad on my end, as the store claimed the transaction was complete and I had received my order.
