The food and atmosphere tries to be something it isn't.

The menu reads very well. Unique ingredients that are elegantly described. Either lower the prices or increase the flavor significantly - this gap in value creates no reason to come back. $17-18 cocktails are outrageous. The pizza was good. The salmon sashimi is just ok. The cost of the filet is the same price as Mastro's in Beverly Hills... really? This is AG.

We dined here for my birthday dinner during our weekend away at the coast and were so impressed!! The ribeye, prawn risotto, and rabbit ragu were delicious! Drinks were creative and exceptional, as well as the marshmallow dessert!! Our server, Joey, made us feel so welcome with an 8month old baby, and had such a great spirit! Truly a wonderful place! We will come back! Met the chef, and he was also so so so kind!

An excellent restaurant in an unassuming location. We had the hamachi crudo, beef cheeks, kale salad, quail, and kale/sausage pizza, all reccomended by the bartender. Everything was great! I highly recommend the Deovlet pinot noir which is local and superb.

Joey P. Was our server for a January mid week visit and was awesome! Attentive yet gave us our space. Food was solid from cocktails, appetizers, salad and steak. Ember is doing it right in the central coast. Thank you Joey & Ember for a great dining experience!

I went there last night. The food is soooo good. But o must give extra compliments to the service. We got there and ordered. I had the chicken which was excellent! Then a member of our party became ill. The server jumped into action and got our table cleared and boxed in the blink of an eye. He was so kind we really appreciated it. Good food, good service. Steak....delicious.... sides... , well, perhaps I just don't like scalloped potatoes that appear to be from a box. Veggies are good.

We had an amazing time here. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every plate looked as good as it tasted, and our whole group loved what we ordered.

Service was outstanding. Our server, James, was welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. He walked us through options, answered every question, and made spot-on recommendations that ended up being favorites at the table. You felt taken care of the whole night.

The drinks were just as impressive—creative, balanced, and really well made.

It does get busy, but for a good reason, so definitely make a reservation. This is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion with great food, great drinks, and genuinely great service. I’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone.

This place was very tasty. The only problem we had, i would say it was parking. The parking lot is too small for the amout of people that eat at this place, or maybe it was just our luck 😅
We started our order with espresso martinis and a disaeonno drink. Then we ordered the pepperoni pizza 🍕 which was very tasty! We the proceeded to ordered the crispy duck plate and the ribeye and let me tell you that neither of those disappointed. They were very balanced in flavors and the presentation was also great. We finished the night with their famous toasted marshmallow ice cream cocoa cake, which it was delicious! Not too sweet and great portion size to share. I highly recommend you to try this place out, from the drinks to the main courses, the service and their desserts...we enjoyed it all and we will definitely come back for more!

Ember is a must try restaurant in Pismo Beach California. The food is fantastic and the service was awesome. The roasted duck dish, prime rib steak, beef cheeks, the dessert. Absolutely Fantastic!
