Our local neighborhood bar. Best food in The Village. Fun event nights. Bingo, trivia, karaoke. Brunch on the weekends is awesome and live music!

Great food, great service! We went for brunch with a party and they treated us well! The food is delicious, averaging $18-$20 a plate and is FILLING, great portions. Plus, they serve Ranch in an actual squeeze bottle!!!

Cool brewery. Fast and friendly service. Indie, outdoor and bar seating. Table service. Flights available with 4 beers. Nicely decorated. They also have other drinking options such as Hard Kombucha, wine, Hard Seltzer, and non alcoholic drinks as well.

Went a little overboard on what we ordered. Too many fun choices. The "Poutine with Birria" would have been enough and more for the two of us. It was delicious. I tried the "Mushroom tacos". So good. Plenty of mushroom filling with great flavor. Hubby enjoyed the "Philly Cheese Steak". He gave it a 5/5. Tried a couple of the brews. I tried the Boots and Hose. A nice refreshing beer. Hubby had the McDermott's Red Ale. It was very good. Sat outside on a sunny day. Hope to go back but will eat a little less. Our server was great as well.

We love Humdinger's food and the Peanut Butter Stout. They are very friendly and we bring our dog (who gets a doggie patty for a deal) and sit on the cute patio area which has heaters when you want them. The food is surprisingly amazing. From a fresh seafood combo to BBQ bacon cheeseburgers to birria and pretzels, there are a lot of excellent options. And we can walk there!

Great place to stop for a meal - loved the food, service, beer, and ambiance. Tesla parking nearby, so we charged and enjoyed the stay.

Food is incredible. I don't leave my house and I would have never discovered them if they didn't get on doordash. Glad they did

We were there in July 2023 and loved the place and the food! Our server was Cade. Great addition to the Village in Arroyo Grande.

We are locals and this is our go to place in town. There are many good options in AG. If you want a pizza Branch street Deli is a must. Rooster Creek also has good pizza. Back to humdingers. Being a brewery first and foremost it does a great job at that. Plenty of options especially if you love a good IPA. Also adult seltzers and wine. No cocktails. The food is OUTSTANDING. It's consistently excellent and that is not an exaggeration. The food typically comes out very quickly. The servers are all very nice and helpful. As a vegetarian there are so many good options I struggle to choose. My wife and friends love all the meat options. Definitely try the fried pickles or fried cheese curd appetizer. My wife swears by the dinger dip which is Roast beef onions and Swiss cheese with a beef dipping soup. Just go you will eat very very well!!!

While staying in the Arroyo grande area as we made our way down the coast for the holidays, my husband and I came to Humdinger brewing for a late bite to eat. Since we had our two dogs with us, we sat outside on the patio. They do have ample space heaters. Our server was very kind and attentive. For my beverage, I tried a delicious, watermelon seltzer while my husband enjoyed their variety of red and amber ales. We decided to split the Birria poutine. The poutine was out of this world! It was the perfect marriage between two dishes which are fantastic in their own rights, but when you merge them together, you get something heavenly. The dish was super filling so we did not end up ordering any other food. If you find yourself in the area, looking for a good beer, or a good bite to eat, I would definitely recommend Humdinger.

This place is the bomb! We were looking for a casual, dog friendly spot with good food and beer, and we found it! They were very dog friendly, which we appreciated. I had the fish and sweet potato chips which were generously portioned and flavorful. Hubby had the birria grilled cheese and again, delicious and huge portions. The beer was spot on and tried the flight so I could check out their offerings. Seriously, check this place out. This is definitely a do over and highly recommended.

Humdinger Brewing in old town A.G. has some pretty good Yelper reviews...on this evening that was the draw. Location is fairly easy to find and there was available street parking. I was disappointed with the atmosphere (looked like a cafeteria) but undeterred due to the reviews of the offerings. The restaurant is more or less open air and that added a chill to our evenings dining experience which did nothing to add to our experience (we left our coats on). The service was just okay and the Servers had no cohesive identifiers (looked like they could have been customers). We ordered two Snacks/Appetizers: FRIED PICKLES w/zesty cajun aioli (4/5) and a "BIG SOFTY" PRETZEL w/cheese sauce, stone ground mustard (4/5) and two Mains: FISH & CHIPS - Humdinger beer battered cod, crispy dipping potatoes, spicy tartar sauce (4/5) and a FRIED HOT CHICKEN SANDWICH - remoulade, cabbage, pickles, Nashville sauce (4/5). Needless to say the food was really pretty good. So why then the given Star rating? As I have mentioned in previous reviews...the dining experience is more than just the food...it's also the atmosphere and general appearance of the establishment, it's the Customer Service and the enthusiasm of the Servers and Crew, it the level of comfort (seating, tables, temperature) experienced during the service and the value one feels given the price of the experience (I felt the total "tab" was high given the venue). So although the food was really pretty good...I wouldn't necessarily describe the total experience as exceptional. Therefore, for this experience...in this Yelper's opinion, Humdinger Brewery in A.G earned a "go if the food is all that matters" average 3 Star review.

This is my favorite spot in the Village. I've been at least 6+ times since I moved to the area 3 months ago and everything I've had has been superb! I've had the Iceberg Wedge Salad, the Smash Burger, the Poutine Fries, the Birria Grilled Cheese, the sweet potato fries, and the Churros. The churros are literally the best I've ever had (and I order churros every time they are on a menu) Everything is always flavorful, cooked well and reasonably priced All of the beers I've tried are also top notch! Service is always great! Very friendly and attentive! I will definitely continue to come here!
