They always get my order wrong and make it several minutes after whoever I'm with so we have to wait much longer than we should have to

Roast beef was dry and flavorless. Bread was stale. Tried to call no answer no voicemail. Went in to store the next day with half the sandwich for proof was treated poorly and kicked out of store with no amends to my problem. Horrible customer service. I normally like their sandwiches but the service horrible today!

The best sandwiches around. It’s so very difficult to find a really good deli in San Luis Obispo county and this is the one to go to. Always fresh great sandwiches so good. Very authentic Italian deli, even though it’s a chain.

Im currently 4 months pregnant & get very sick with anything i eat. But it was 8:30pm & i really wanted a sandwich, my husband offered Jersey Mikes. As we walked in very ashamed to be there 20 minutes before closing David welcomed us in with a smile and offered nothing but superb customer service throughout our visit. He deserves a raise!

My husband is a BOSS / FOREMAN of a work shop in 5 cities.
He takes the whole crew ! To lunches , and EVERYTIME he goes to jersey Mike's- alllllll staff is AMAZING FROM THE COOKING, TO GRILL, TO SERVICE ! keep it up! Great job

As a business owner myself, I appreciate good customer service paired with quality food. The manager at this Jersey Mike’s location is extremely friendly and professional; I also love how she is very kind and patient to her newer staff members she’s training and I love to see that as a customer and fellow operator.

Although the sandwiches are priced more than other competitor sandwich chains, you can taste the quality and I am willing to pay for it when I get the occasional hankering for quality sandwich.

Pro Tip: I recommend using the app to order your food online at least 20 mins before pick up so you can skip the line and get your delicious sandwich sooner.

They won't makes sandwiches for walk in customers. They have to save the bread for online orders.

For my first time, it's okay. The 2 employees were very new and said things out loud you shouldn't say in a customer service perspective. Very naive and learning their way. I didn't see a manager, so I was very surprised the 2 were left alone. Wont use this out of area location to review my actual thought about this place is. The sandwich could have been better, but all in all, it was clean.

Really good sandwiches. A little pricey but worth it. A regular Size sub is 2 meals for me.

Parking: I wouldn't suggest going during busy hours. Not much parking
