Wish I could give ZERO stars. NEVER order online during lunchtime. My order was over 30 min late, manager said - we go on our own time, not Grubhub, DoorDash, uber, etc. CLEARLY! I watched a dozen people who walked in after me order their food in-person and get done sooner. THEN, my order was completely wrong and they had to remake everything. Worst experience

I asked jersey mike to please make me enough sandwiches for fifteen to sixteen people in a matter of twenty minutes.And they completed their task without fail.Great service wonderful people very prompt

First time here and I’m really glad I came in today Lisa and Alyssa were so friendly and helpful once I got home and ate the Italian sandwich I was very happy on how good it was. I will definitely try another sandwich in my next trip!!!

Not sure why I keep ordering this food. It's NEVER ready after ordering on app. 20 minutes to make 🥪 sandwich. There's LITERALLY NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in the store!

Roast beef was dry and flavorless. Bread was stale. Tried to call no answer no voicemail. Went in to store the next day with half the sandwich for proof was treated poorly and kicked out of store with no amends to my problem. Horrible customer service. I normally like their sandwiches but the service horrible today!

The best sandwiches around. It’s so very difficult to find a really good deli in San Luis Obispo county and this is the one to go to. Always fresh great sandwiches so good. Very authentic Italian deli, even though it’s a chain.

Im currently 4 months pregnant & get very sick with anything i eat. But it was 8:30pm & i really wanted a sandwich, my husband offered Jersey Mikes. As we walked in very ashamed to be there 20 minutes before closing David welcomed us in with a smile and offered nothing but superb customer service throughout our visit. He deserves a raise!
