Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Arroyo Grande

Menchie's Frozen Yogurt in Arroyo Grande is a ripoff. They charge $.72 an ounce, I mean that price is just ridiculously expensive. The place wasn't that fancy and I don't know if it was clean enough but you know if you're going to spend that kind of money then you would expect something superior but the place did not look like was decent when charging those kind of prices especially when you go in there and there's no clerk there to serve you when there are people waiting to be to be served. I just was not impressed with this place and I'm not going to spend that kind of money for something that doesn't look that impressive. Sorry I don't mean to be mean but you know your prices should be a lot lower considering what I witnessed.

The yogurt was good but l thought it was pretty expensive. For 3 small cups it was $20.

Ot can be a little hectic when its busy but its a great altwrnative to ice cream. They also jave zero sugar flavors for folks. I dont like the lack of consistency on flavors

It is so good the kids loves it

When we go to the coast we usually get frozen yogurt at Pismos Frozen Yogurt. We wanted to try something different so I went to Google and ended up finding Menchis. They have a large selection of delicious flavors and toppings. We enjoyed it so much we visited each of the 3 days we were at the coast. Atmosphere was great, staff was friendly and place was very clean. We will be visiting again soon. Highly recommend.

Awesome dessert

Decided at the last minute for a little marshmallow fluff - and as I pumped it out a black hair came with it ?

I showed the girl behind the counter and asked if I could remake my ice cream and she said of course and whisked away the one with the hair in it.

So I made a fresh one, sans marshmallow sauce, took it to my car and lo and behold it tasted like straight up freezer burn.

Grossest frozen yogurt experience ever.

We walked in and it was a little crowded, but we were able to grab our cup and fill with our choice of yogurt ice cream with no wait.
I got the low carb berries mix and the Cherry Tart. Both were good, but I preferred the cherry tart.
We put on our toppings easily, weighed our cups, paid, and were out the door in 5 minutes or less.
Parking was good. Easy in and out; however we went around 9pm and during the day it might be difficult and dangerous to make a left turn onto Grand Ave from the parking area. Would recommend driving through parking lot and exiting left onto Elm where you have protected arrow for left turn onto Grand Ave.
Service was fine, but could use improvement. The guy that greeted us when we weighed our cups, was smiling and seemed friendly, but busy. Maybe he should’ve had a helper.
Restaurant was clean and brightly lit. Tables off to the right side and at front, so easy access to the yogurt, which was at the back, and the toppings, which were to the left from entrance; all was help yourself. Although I’ve been to other frozen yogurt shops with better floor design, this was functional and easy to navigate.
I will be returning next time I’m in town.

The Sun finally came out so my grandson and I decided to celebrate and get a frozen yogurt from menchie's. Always good! I had coffee, chocolate, pralines and cream!
