Palo Mesa is my favorite pizza restaurant in San Luis Obispo County. You just can't go wrong with any of the options. The dining room is small, and there aren't any large tables.

The Best Pizza around! Thin Crust, Fresh tomato's and Basil growing right in the Restaurant! Great comfy vibe, fun chairs and tables! Caprese salad is Amazing! Very Generous portions! This place is a Must Go to! We will Always Go there! Absolutely Delicious!

My wife and I were in town for a marriage conference, so we decided to give this a shot for lunch. The atmosphere was super cool and comfy. The gentleman at the register was also the one making the food. He was very kind and made a couple recommendations since this was our first time here. We ended up trying the Pepe and the Maiale. Both were fantastic. Among the best we have had. I highly recommend this place. We can't wait for our next trip to the beach so we can eat here again!

Waited so long to review this place because well honestly I didn't want to share it. I'm not even a local, but each time I visit I stop by here for the best wood fired pizza I've ever had. The chef on site is very kind and pizza is cooked to order with all fresh ingredients. They literally have the basil plants out which they use. It is on the pricier side but in my opinion it is worth it. Ordering is fast and easy, the wait is not ever too long and if so there are board games to help pass the time.

My favorite pizza place on the Mesa. I usually get three options. one special with sausage, pepperoni and peppers, hawaiian and Verdura veggie. I've enjoyed them all. Fresh ingredients and friendly customer service. They have several locations to choose from in the area.

Wow! We stopped by here on a whim at the last minute and all we have to say is wow! Super cozy spot, food was unreal good, Eddie was so great taking great care of us! Top spot in AG now! Honestly the pizza was some of the best I've ever had! Thank you!!

Excellent gourmet pizza with a thin crust and lots of unusual and fresh toppings. This is a fun, tiny little place on Branch as you enter the Village. We got the Pepe for a simple lunch, but substituted the amazing sausage instead of pepperoni. Lots of toppings - yes, arugula, too - and a balsamic finish. Wood fired! Flavors were amazing. Be ready for something unusual and tasty. Pricing is great, service was quick & friendly - and we ate outside in the comfortable patio area. We'll be back. Hey, if pizza chain pizza and ranch dressing is your jam this is not your place.

We wandered in as visitors from the desert on a cold January evening. We sat at the only table in this adorably tiny (mostly take out) spot. Ate the best, chewiest, crunchiest Verdana Pizza and Insalata...mmm...apparently they make their own balsamic vinegar? Wow! Delish! Honestly, made me realize I need to move here to Arroyo Grande. The gal at the counter was so kind and inviting, and what's better than seeing her disinfect the tiny sink area with bleach? The guy cooking was quick and efficient and squeezed our order inbetween all the take out orders (we probably looked starved). What a great way to welcome us to Arroyo Grande.
Awesome Pizzas, awesome salads and to mention the best service and the credit goes to Charlie who prepared our lunch. It was a perfect start to our New Year 2024. A place not to be missed.

We literally drive from Orange County to spend the day at the beach and come here! The best pizza spot, a must try when visiting pismo. Everything is so fresh and delicious. We brought our family and they still talk about it.
