Karina S according to the receipt was the cashier. She asked what kind of sauces I wanted I let her know which ones. Got back to work and realized she did not put any sauces in my bag. She also asked if I wanted a drink I said yes. When I went to get the lid I realized she gave me the smaller size cup. So I asked another worker if that was the correct size she said no so she gave me the right size. I ordered Beijing Beef and was give 2 pieces of beef and nothing but bell pepper and onion. The honey walnut shrimp was great as was the orange chicken. $17 later I think getting food elsewhere is a better option. This is my local panda for my work area but I think I rather go elsewhere for better service it was pretty disappointing. Also they were not busy at the time I wouldn't mind waiting for a fresh batch of the beef. Time was 3:16pm DM or manager can check sales to confirm this as well.

Walk in at 9:20 all the food looks like crap. Instead of making fresh small batches they just stir the old food to try and make it look good. Every time I go here it sucks.

Paid more than me and can't read? Come on. Then to have an attitude when I come back after driving home, and I'm upset. Don't need that bullshit. I'm sure I'll hear "you should have checked the order before you left". I shouldn't have to worry about it being wrong in the first place. Spend more time focusing on work instead of gossiping with co-workers in front of customers.
It’s not the first time I’ve had problems with the AG Location we had 2 orders of the Cream cheese, wontons got home only had one and where I work I don’t get to go out for lunch, so I have to take a lunch for the with me so I got the the triple entry Thinking I can get the shrimp with double orange chicken and fried rice. The whole tray was full of fried rice with a little bit orange chicken and then they gave me a side of shrimp in a separate container With three shrimp and A bunch of onions

Staff had to be asked for the same item multiple times. Waited in line nearly 15 minutes just to place the order and then the orange chicken had burnt flakes through it (and tasted like it) and half the chow mein noodles had no sauce.
UPDATE: Just tasted the noodles and it was like the ones that actually had sauce had just been drenched in soy sauce and nothing else. YUCK!
I was very pleasantly surprised. Food was so much better this visit. The customer service was great. Polite and efficient, with smiles. Will be going back

Ordered uber eats from them and they didn't include 70% of my order. Shorted me a whole 17$ 3 item plate. Only gave me a medium chow mein as well when I paid for a large.
