Worst Starbucks ever!!! Rude, condescending employees! 10 minute wait for a regular cup of coffee, eventhough ordered on line. DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS!
No sugar/creamer bar, comfortable chairs were removed during covid, food is over packaged mass produced microwaved and bland. Done with Starbucks.

I love this Starbucks. I try to go every morning the most amazing upbeat barista named Kenzie works there ,She is literally the highlight of my morning seriously she is so amazing and so kind no matter what she always tries to make things right with my order or if something goes wrong she goes above and beyond to fix it and she’s so real and not fake at all. I literally don’t give compliments like this to anybody, but she is such, an asset to the company she should be a manager.

First, the staff I met was kind and helpful and amazing. What I am getting ready to say is not about anything they did or do ... they can only serve the products they are given.
The food was unfit for humans. The english muffin surrounding my sandwich was gooey and spongy. The egg was made factory style. The bacon was tasteless. Clearly a meal designed to enrich shareholders.
The drink was novel (red dragon fruit with mango blended with water over ice for nearly $6). It was also just flavored water with a few tiny slices of dragonfruit (hence the novelty) cut up in it. Being from a place where both of these fruits grow wild on the side of the road. I can assure you this drink did not contain fresh anything. It was terrible.
The internet speed (and I was the only person using a computer) was only 3 Mb and I had to given an email to use it.
Before I moved to asia I swore I would never step foot in a Starbucks again. Now, many years later, I decided to try once more. I could never have imagined it would get worse.
The place was empty and I suspect they do a lot of drive through business in the morning in order to stay open. No chance you could actually work from here.

EDIT: I just read your reply and noticed it is exactly the same reply you give to every other person with a problem. This is a rep reprehensible way to run a business. Anyone who takes the time to read this should find a locally loaned cafe to spend your money.

used to go in there every morning . new ? employee , overweight blonde lady , was very rude today and the bathrooms were disgusting . I can't justify paying $6 for coffee in such an environment

The drive through takes forever and you can't exit. I was in the drive through line for over 30 minutes. I almost always get the wrong drink as well, so double check before you drive away.
