I don't know why I keep going to this location... Worst employees. Ordered a venti frap... Got a grande... Instead of fixing it, they made me go to the front and refund my drink.... And they were trying to refund me for a caramel macchiato which is 50 cents cheaper...

Terrible service asking for a kids chocolate chip frap. After a few go arounds, she finally tells me they don't do that anymore without telling me what other options they have. I do not order kids drinks very often. I then get my cold brew i order with no ice that was only 65 percent full. She then stated that's how we do it when there's no ice. Never had this happen at any other Starbucks
