So we checked online to see what time they had closed the website says 8pm. We get here at 7:39pm and the workers were walking out because they had closed early supposedly and didn’t serve anymore even though they close at 8pm.

One of the workers who were making my drinks did not make one of them asbi requested when I asked him to redo and asked him to remake it he hastily grabbed the cup and was rude and as he was making it he was whispering to another Co worker in front of me and for my other drink he said they had run out of green tree so I told him it would be OK to do another flavor of tea and when he gave me that tea it was so sweet it was Un drinkable so when he re made that one he gave me a green tea which he said he was out of the first time I was trying to be patient and I know some times people have bad days but as he kept whispering to another co worker I went to the front area to the cashier about what had happened she just glared at me and didn't say a word..I have been drinking Starbucks everyday the lastb15 years I think that was the worst experience I've ever had at any Starbucks and for the pricenof coffee or ant time your dealing with the public you should always be attentive,courtesy, and show respect I will not be visiting that store in the future..

My partner gets five dollar Starbucks cards every once while from her clients at work, she works as a nurse. She saved up enough to where we decided we’re gonna go to Starbucks to get a breakfast and go eat it on the beach. We made the mistake of trusting that our order was in the bag when we left the drive-through after spending $30 at Starbucks.. We drove to the beach and when we got to the beach, we each ate one of our items and we noticed something was missing. Of course we didn’t eat the rest of our stuff we went back to the store to get the item. We are missing. Meanwhile, the rest of our food went bad and all we got to do is drive back to Starbucks to get what we ordered in the first place. So basically we wasted $30 plus gas to go to this place twice you decide if you wanna go here and waste your money or not.
Here is your lesson in customer service. When a customer has to come back to the store because you messed up and his order is cold and not worth eating anymore. You do not take the order and throw it away and say OK I’ll get you your missing item. The right thing to do is say, I’m sorry, sir, and remake the entire order But that’s OK. I will not ever be back again. Have a great day.
Been here a couple times they’re always so nice! anyways i don’t understand why the other reviews think it’s okay to take videos of people while they’re doing their job. Imagine someone coming into ur work place and shoving a camera in ur face🙄 but ofc because they work food service you guys think it’s okay to do it. Anyways place is great especially Yuma he always makes my matcha latte with salted caramel cold foam perfectly!

I always go to this Starbucks because they are very generous and kind. Jessica helped me today and she was very lovely to talk to. Not everyone takes the time to talk to us after we pay but she went above and beyond. She had an extremely positive attitude. Thank you Jessica.

My sister, who frequently visits this store, went inside to quickly grab some drinks. She had her kids with her, and one of them, excited to get his items, was being a bit loud. Shortly after, an employee asked her to leave the store, stating that they would bring the drinks out to her because other customers had complained about the noise.
This was extremely upsetting for my sister. She had been in the store for less than five minutes, which she feels wasn't enough time for a customer to even complain. The employee's handling of the situation was unprofessional and lacked politeness, and it made my sister feel so humiliated that she called me crying.
When I spoke with the manager about the incident, the manager did not take any responsibility and disputed her version of events. It's frustrating that the store would treat a loyal customer and her children this way

When I'm at the coast, this a must do. I go several times a day, every day. The employees were always so nice. Did go thru drive thru, and went inside. So inside and drive thru everyone was great

Good morning. When I purchased a teapot at Starbucks, the manager told me that I could get hot water at any Starbucks in the United States, and that this is your official policy. Today, I came to Starbucks with your teapot, and I was rudely refused. I will now send you a video. In the video, the employee simply remains silent.

Starbucks in Arroyo Grande is solid. My Iced Shaken Espresso was made perfectly, just the way I like it. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the place was clean throughout. No complaints—easy A+.

Maybe it was just an off day and it was not super busy so there is no excuse for the poor service. We into this location with my daughter this morning. Gave the cashier our orders which she had to re-ask us on food item and specifically ask if my daughter wanted cinnamon and whipped cream on her blended drink which was answered as yes. I paid and did not get a receipt- save tree. We were not asked our name for the order so we were best guessing when grabbing our order items. There was a drink similar to my daughter's order but smaller with no whip so we asked about it and noted we had ordered a venti with whip she asked for our receipt which I did not have. Her comment- We'd give you a venti if you paid for a venti. She then looked down and completely ignored the rest of what I was saying. Just did not acknowledge me at all. I didn't want to make scene about stupid drink, but this was just straight up RUDE and really pissed me off. Starbuck's makes mistakes all of the time and they are usually kindly rectified. The order was never read back to me before finalizing the transaction. I guess it is the customer's responsibility to ensure workers do their job correctly- fine, but the rudeness is inexcusable.
