Snagged a new cran-merry orange lemonade something for a quick refreshment before homework. Delicious! Delightful young man helped me order and gave me options I didn't know I had! This is one of my favorite third place hangouts. Happy to visit, always satisfied here!

Rude staff at this one. I was surprised since I usually get good service at Starbucks. But came in this morning for my usual and the girl taking my order didn't say one word to me. Literally no greeting at all and no conversation the whole transaction, just a general feeling of annoyance from her.Came out of the store with no one saying one thing to me. I can get coffee anywhere and at any of the many Starbucks around. I will not be coming back to this one for sure.

Pay attention to the ticket order (3 items) but nice ppl and a nice inside. Please turn down music it’s not a disco- every location does it- it’s unnecessary to chatting and drinking eating

Not a great experience overall. The place is large and the bathrooms are very clean, but the service is not great and you're left waiting for a much longer time than other Starbucks.

The service is the worst ever. Today stood at the register for 10 minutes waiting for one of the six employees to help me and my friend and no one even addressed us. We were the only customers in line and it wasn’t even busy. We left and went to another Starbucks. Every time we go to this location it’s horrible. I asked for a receipt once a the girl told me “ they don’t have a way to give me a receipt.” Once in a very blue moon do you get good service.
I was asked at the window “ before you pay give a tip”. I thought that was rude and it caught me off guard.

This Starbucks has horrible service. I do the mobile order because their wait time when ordering in store is terrible. That being said they never make the drinks correct. They are never blended so the top half of the cup is bitter and the bottom half is too sweet. When I try to mention this to the staff, not all of them mind you, they give me the stink eye. Ive worked for a place that made and served starbucks coffee drinks and there is a standard which this location does not meet.
