Vincent, our host, made the tasting one of the most enjoyable that I have experienced in the Paso/SLO area in years. The wines were to my liking with several coming home with us.

Talley creates a good chardonnay and pinot.

Spent a beautiful afternoon here with my family. We all enjoyed how relaxing the environment was and the wines were really good. Thank you to Talley for a great experience!

Lovely grounds, attentive staff and good wines. We joined the wine club and, a couple weeks later, received a personalized, hand-written note thanking us. Very classy! Over the last 35 years, we have joined many wine clubs but never received a thank you note!

Friendly service. Lovely grounds. Good wine. Seating inside and out. Inside tasting room is very well decorated.

The wine tastes great which is a given but the ambiance adds to the experience. The live music with a backdrop of the Edna valley mountains is perfect for a peaceful SLO afternoon. The staff and owners were especially wonderful as well. We got a chance to see some of the barrels aging and how their process works along with learning some of the history of the farm.

Great wine. Good crackers, had me very happy. They had very delicious cheese. I hope you can visit this place because along with the lovely taste and vibe the wine was very good. Lovely time to visit with my friends.

My Great Aunt and Uncle opened this winery several years ago. I finally got the opportunity to visit. The staff were kind and knowledgeable about the different wines. My favorite wines were Oliver’s Chardonnay and Rosemary’s Pinot Noir. I can’t wait to go back.

Nice grounds - but otherwise not a good experience. The tasting service was sloooow. It is $30 per tasting and you get one tasting refunded with the purchase of two bottles. Their bottles run mostly in the $85 range - sorry but the wine is simply not very good! Go to Wolff. Much nicer experience and every wine is delicious! Much more affordable, as well.

Amazing wine, beautiful views and great service. Brooke was an amazing host during our tasting, very knowledgeable on their wines but also an expert in the surrounding area. Should be your first stop in San Luis Obispo.

What a great atmosphere! I had been given a recommendation to visit Talley Vineyards while tasting in Edna valley and was glad I followed up with it. You can tell this is a family run establishment with deep roots right off the bat. Extremely friendly staff with great vino options. We visited during a sunny day in September and were greeted with several ideal spots to enjoy our visit. On top of the affordable tasting, we opted for a cheese and charcutier board which was great! They have some spectacular views that you show definitely take advantage of while you are there considering they are slightly in the mountains with some views of the Edna valley. As for the wine, all were great even some of the whites that I am usually not a fan of (Chardonnay). Will definitely be back in the future!
