This place has always been our go to when visiting the coast. Hate to say it but this will be our last visit. The staff that sat us were extremely rude. Our waitress was awesome but that was the only good thing about this place. Our fish and chips and chicken strips were so saturated in oil that it was wet, soggy and inedible. The clam chowder was just horrible and got pushed to the side after the first bite. 5 pieces of fish, a shrimp cocktail, bread bowl and drinks were over a hundred dollars. insane!!! Sad how bad this place has gotten since new ownership.

On our way to Solvang we stopped here. We ordered 5 dishes and that was enough for 6 of us. The salad and the clam chowder were really good. The lobster mac n cheese was addicting. Will come back if we visit Solvang again!

There's not many places open on Sunday evening when most of the popular restaurants have closed. So we decided to give it a try and I guess it's better than going hungry. This place is like an overpriced Denny's but at the staff was great.

We love the Quarterdeck even though the food is often a B-. The other day we had mahi mahi tacos, which was the special. The mahi mahi was very overcooked and it was served with a pungent wasabi sauce. I do not like wasabi and wish the waitperson had told us about it so I could have ordered something else. The atmosphere and wait staff are very inviting and comfortable and friendly, and customers never are rushed.

Honestly, things have gone downhill ever since they've gotten new ownership... Last time I went in there my waitress had so much to do it would have been nice to have more attention.. I feel like they are working the staff way too hard.

Wow, I felt like the food was right out of cans or packaged. I mean it was like open package and put in microwave kind of food. But, the service was good.
The food was very delicious, especially the fish and chips! The service was fast and efficient, and we had a very pleasant waiter. Would highly recommend!

From Freddie's greeting when we entered to our amazing waitress, we love this place! We never miss a reason to stop in for a meal and to see our favorite wait staff. Seafood melt and salads are the very best. Look for the special drink of the day too. Sandy took excellent care of us.

we stop at quarterdeck when ever we go south from paso robles. we are never disappointed with the food. the prices are fair and the quanity of food is perfect. if you have not tried this restaurant you will be in for a treat. friendly service, good food, a must try stop when your in the area.
