Food is horrible. No seasoning, food takes too long only to get it and it’s room temp. Order always wrong and the garlic Parmesan wings are Parmesan only!!!! No garlic

Wingstop #1877 5045 Junipero Serra Blvd Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.

Ordered 2 “20 for $18.99 Boneless Wings” meal deals in person and waited for name to be called. Name was called and received one bag with which I saw two tubs of fries and two plastic containers of wings, so I assumed it was everything I ordered. This was my bad, I guess, but when I came home I realized it was only 20 of the 40 total wings. I tried calling the establishment 39 times from 11:28 p.m. to 12:09 a.m to which I was sent to voice mail every time. I left two voice messages and I am severely disappointed with the lack of service. Am not thrilled to have lost $20.

Great food! Only thing is, there are only 2 people working and they have bags and bags piling up. They need more staff on shifts! The time to get the food is so long though but just as you cant take it anymore it comes out. Good food bad service (solid 3/5)

Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr. Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior. This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

I ordered 15 pieces mild chicken wings. Got home to find 12 wing tips and three drummettes.
I called the phone number that the manager gave me when I told her the phone number online is incorrect. She said she’s been trying to correct that but was told it can’t be corrected. 🤷🏻‍♀️
I left message on the correct phone number but no one ever called me back.
I went into the store and showed the manager the photo of 12 tips and 3 drums order. She said that just how it is because they just scoop up at random. Then she told I could order just the drum parts. That’s when I knew why there’s only tips when you order 15 pieces. The drum part went to special order and they have all the tips left for those of us who order 15 pieces. They should at least let customers know that you will get 12 tip and 3 drums.
I will not be going back to Wing Stop and I’ll be letting everyone know of my experience.

Frozen fries??? Terrible. The fries were the only reason I went to Wingstop over other wing places. They have lost a customer.

The wingstop manager in Hewitt TX is absolutely dreadful with how she treats people. She screamed at me and kicked me out of the store when I was there to pick up an order for a customer. I didn't do anything wrong. Shame on you Wingstop for putting such an abusive person in a leadership role. Her conduct reflects on your reputation.

I love the flavor but then I feel like I'm going to die the next 2 days after I eat it. Had to give it a 1 star for that. Can't eat this anymore
