I order food online via the wingstop website, paid with my card went to the store and when I got there they said that they didn’t have my order in there system, I proceeded to show my confirmation and my order an the stated there was nothing they can do, I asked for a refund of my money and they refused and called the police on me. Soon as the police got to the store they then decided to give me a refund….crazy work to call the police cause I want the money I spent back when I never got the product

Food is good, but every time it takes forever for order, while everyone working in back are playing around. 45 plus minutes and every other order went out before us? Then to see the people that are supposed to be preparing the food screwing around does not equal good experience.

Hello and welcome to another Hungry Guy in a Wheelchair restaurant review.. Today’s review is Wingstop in Manchester, NH… If you’re rolling in hungry and craving some solid wings, WingStop has got you covered. Let’s break it down: Getting in was smooth. The parking lot had reasonable wheelchair-accessible spaces, and the entrance didn’t give me any trouble. Inside tho the curb cut was way off on the other side of the lot, the layout was open enough to navigate without playing bumper cars with tables 😂. The place has a casual, clean vibe with an open kitchen, so you can see your food being made. Staff were friendly and quick to help if needed. Now for the food and they give you 3 choices of sauces—honey mustard, ranch, and blue cheese. We all went for the 3 piece wings with a side of spicy fries too shares my friend Anna Costa-Turner went with the original hot flavor . I went with the Atomic flavor (hottest they have and it did its job well), if you ever wonder why it’s called Atomic you’ll see why. My mom went for chicken tenders with the mild.. Big portions, fair prices. Everything came in takeout containers with plastic utensils, which actually made life easier when it was time to pack up leftovers. Good food, good service, and easy access—what more could a hungry guy in a wheelchair ask for? If you’re in the area and craving wings, this spot’s worth the stop. I give this spot an overall rating of 9.1/10.

I loved Wingstop. I keep going back expecting better. I’ve gone to multiple locations around St.Louis. I guess I’m finally done, I’m tired is being disappointed. They give you options for well done and extra seasoning. It is never well done and very rarely do you get extra seasoning. Just sell me the lemon pepper seasoning and fries seasoning. It’s not worth the money to have your order wrong every time.

Would give negative stars. Just waited 25 minutes for some tenders. Asked for a manager and was told theres no manager on duty so she can't do anything to help me. Told me I should order online if Im in a hurry. It's not a hurry it's shouldnt take 25 minutes. Then they were rude on top of it. Asked for refund and they can keep the food, so I can get back to work and said they can't refund me lol. Yerelyn is the worst person I've ever dealed with at a restaurant. She does not care about the customer or the service I will never go back here and I don't recommend anybody to ever come here. Lots of people all in here very upset over the service. Sad part it's not even busy. Shes absolute horrible representation of the company and I'd fire her immediately. Telling the customer there wrong is immediately bad. Also any establishment should have a manager on duty for these reasons. Also proceeded to tell go ahead and leave a review for every bad one I get I get two good ones. Lol you want this lady taking people's orders? She then talked crap to me all the way out the door lol. Weird power trip for a lady who takes orders at a wing stop.

I have not ordered anything in the last month that was fully provided. Sides are always missing or wrong, sometimes entrees too, and 100% of drinks. This service is horrible at this facility. I have had some $30-50 of food stolen from me now. I highly discourage going here.
We tried this restaurant for the first time since we are on vacation and come from Spain, Leslie treated us great and answered all our questions, the wings are exquisite, great for lovers of spicy food!!!

Tried to order on Sunday, no orders were being taken. Ordered on Monday and they forgot half our order. Tried to call and it went straight to a full voicemail box. Absolutely worst customer service. Don’t order from the Clayton Wingstop

Ordered 150 boneless wings and was only given 8 sauces. When I called to complain. The manager tried to tell me that fifteen wings can be covered by one container of sauce. I hung up. Also only got two containers of veggies when I was supposed to get six. They put them in a bigger container, making it look like they gave you more when they don't. very disappointed. Wanted to give the west central cheerleaders a great meal before their first away football game and it was completely a bust. Not enough sauce. Not enough ranch.

The food is always incredibly greasy, but sometimes you just want greasy food. The flavors are pretty good. My favorite is the Korean BBQ. It's got a nice sweet and spicy balance.
