Food was amazing but I ordered a 8 piece drumstick and only received 7 pieces. Wouldn't be such a big deal but for the price it costs you kinda expect to get everything you paid for. Will return though

Bonchon is our go-to spot! The Korean fried chicken is crispy, flavorful, and never disappoints. Service is always friendly, and the menu has something for everyone. It’s a family-friendly place we love returning to again and again. Highly recommend!

Bonchon Korean Fried Chicken is a must-visit spot if you’re in Artesia! We started with the beef tacos, and they were packed with flavor—tender beef, perfectly seasoned, and topped with just the right amount of fresh ingredients. Then came the chicken, which was an absolute 5/5. My favorite was the new seasonal “Yangneon” flavor—sweet, spicy, and incredibly satisfying with every bite.
We paired it with crispy, golden fries and the bibimbap rice dish, which was hearty, well-balanced, and a great complement to the bold flavors of the chicken. Everything was so good that we couldn’t leave without ordering more to-go! If you’re looking for delicious, crave-worthy Korean flavors, Bonchon is definitely worth a visit.

Bonchon Chicken was so clucking good! The chicken was extra crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with standout flavor - we got the soy garlic and spicy. The fried rice was a flavor explosion, with plenty of protein options to suit everyone’s taste - I had it with kimchee bacon. The japchae was perfectly cooked, with just the right balance of savory and sweet - had with beef. Ask for the pickled radishes so you can cleanse between bites and finish off with the Korean donuts.
The hospitality was equally impressive. The staff was attentive and made us feel welcome throughout the experience. Highly recommend Bonchon for anyone craving top-tier Korean flavors and excellent service. Can’t wait to come back!
Vegetarian options: Edamame, Vegetable Potstickers, Japchae - ask for without bulgogi, Bibimbap, French Fries, Onion Rings, Coleslaw, Kimchi, Pickled Radish

I ordered on 12/6 for pickup online and never received my food. We arrived at our pickup time and were told that the kitchen had already closed and they were also out of tenders. They told me they couldn’t refund my $90 since it was an online order. I have reached out to corporate twice and have received no response, and still no refund. Very disappointed.

Avoid this place at all cost. The chicken is okay but their pricing is too expensive. The fried rice is swimming in oil too. If not for the good customer service this place should be avoided.

I love this restaurant, but this particular location is either short staffed or the people there don’t take good care of it. It’s always messy, you can’t sit there and eat comfortably because the floors are sticky and so are the tables. It’s like they mopped with soda and just let it sit there.

They recently got rid of "make it a combo," which used to include a side and.a drink. Now everything is a la carte, and it costs about $25 for the same ensemble of food!
2wings+2drumsticks and a very small cup (sauce cup) of radish or Cole slaw is whopping $15. A fountain drink is $3. Sad that the owner became greedy and nickel dime the customers, instead of offering more deals and various combos. I guess the owner isn't too well-versed with the economy.
Benching is losing sales for sure.

Chicken wasn't bad little pricey for my taste, 15 dlrs for 8 strips or wings barely a side that comes with, no dipping sauce included..me personally don't like places that "nickel and dime" you, ...the 1 table spoon of coleslaw that u do get as a side taste terrible,no flavor extremely bland...1st and last time my son and I are coming here. Then too top it all off their restroom sticks so bad? ?
