I will give a zero star. No minus star. I put in the order online @11:50 am. I was done with my schedule, so I call the store to expedite the order a little. The lady told me that no ider was made with my name,even though I received confirmation of order. So i went to the store and then they told me that they just got the order . So I waited a few minutes later Tamia the lady who works there told me they were out of bone less wings that I ordered. Amazing ! Never again !

New Manager is horrible. Came for a pickup order had me waiting around for 10 minutes for so called fries order. He ended up asking the guys in the back and it was in my bag the whole time. No consideration for my time as I am picking up food on my lunch break for my coworkers and I.

I've had Bon Chon in various locations , Massachusetts, Palo Alto, Huntington Beach and was so excited to learn there was one in my area and didn't have to wait for work travel to have their crispy, juicy and delicious chicken. I talked so highly about this chain and was so happy to finally take my husband here. Sadly this branch was Extremely lacking. Went on a Saturday for lunch. It was pretty empty so the service, although fast (1 star) was staffed up front, by a young adult female who seemed quite out of it and mostly scrolling on her phone. She seemed so confused when I ordered and took my order wrong. That's forgivable. But what I had a problem with is when I order my chicken spicy, it was served dry. I went to the counter to notify her of the mistake, she took my plate and brought out my chicken with very light sauce. Hardly enough to cover my chicken. The chicken was so thin and dry. Huge disappointment compared to every other location I have visited. I do give another star because another worker was quick to clean off tables when guest leave. That's a good sign. This location seems to be mostly staffed by very young 20 year olds (well on that Saturday at least).I won't be going back to this location and will wait for my work travel.

The size of the chicken was too big. I ordered wings, but they were too big and not fresh. This is my 3rd time going, and it was delicious the first time...ㅠㅠ
Went with the half spicy/half soy garlic 8 piece wings. The skin was pretty crispy and the spicy wings had a little bit of heat, but the flavors aren't really for me.

I just got the drums and to tell you I don't eat brown meat but it was AMAZING!!! Only down fall they were sold out if wings but I showed up 20 minutes before they closed

Is it possible to be obsessed with bulgogi tacos?Bon Chon is literally the tastiest comfort food I've ever had. No kidding!Their bulgogi fried rice is still really good IMHOI like their bulgogi tacos. Customer service is really speedy The interior is also really clean and they give generous portions for the price. They even have a bench for customers to sit while waiting for their order, if you're a take-out girlie like meCan't wait to support their business again :))I like their cream soda! Brings back memories of child frolicking

I had lunch at this Artesia location with a friend. It's a fast-casual place where you order at the counter and your food is brought to your table. They have several chicken plates but are mainly known for their chicken wings/drumsticks. I decided on one of their lunch specials: 6 piece bone-in chicken with fries and a drink. I don't do spicy so requested 3 pieces with the garlic-soy coating and 3 pieces with the traditional Korean coating. Their soda machine was out of order so I was offered a canned beverage of my choice from their cooler by the pleasant and patient woman at the counter (I grabbed an A&W root beer). I took my first bite of one of the pieces....CRUNCH! Yah, that was loud. The coating was the most deliciously crunchy I've ever had. The flavor of both coatings were fantastic (they tasted the same to me but one had a mild garlic taste) and neither was spicy. The meat itself was hot, tender, and moist. The amount of meat on the wings and drums was plentiful, not the pathetically meager amount one often gets on the tiny pieces served at BWW and other places. To the best of my recollection this might be the best Korean fried chicken I've had. The delectable fries had a crunchy coating as well. The serving size was large considering the wallet-pleasing price of this lunch special. I'll definitely be back and hope they open more locations nearer to me.

Another update it's been 17days it happened still nobody called/email me regarding this matter. Am I the one who will call or go there to the restaurant. That sounds unfair on my side.
