Bruster's Real Ice Cream

I got the chocolate milk shake and it was good. The service was fast. Not much to complain about.

Bruster’s is just the best! It has that old ice cream shop feel & taste!

Ordered a bundle of ice cream sandwiches (6) via website. After driving to location I was told that they were out of cookies and unable to complete my order. Waste of time

The ice cream is divine! I got pistachio and was blown away by how many nuts were in my ice cream! They definitely don't skimp on ingredients. And the ice cream is soooo creamy! I will absolutely be coming back!

Great service. I bought a double cone with a flavor that I did not like. The female worker was kind enough to give me a cup with a different that I liked. Would recommend. Wouldn't recommend the Sea Salt Carmel though.

I was looking for a great dessert spot and this spot delivered.I had three scoops of pineapple coconut, chocolate chip and their pistachio. The best one was their pistachio which I think was the best version I’ve had from any ice cream spot. Solid customer service and a great ice cream for a hot day.I’d definitely come back again to try their other flavors.

My wife and I used to come here once a week to get ice cream but they kept jacking up the prices to the point where it's not practical to come here. We can afford it, but in principle can't justify paying 20 to 25% more every single year on ice cream.I think this particular location is more expensive than others and they are very greedy. We stopped coming here completely. Sad because we really love Grand Central station, but we'll just get our ice cream fix somewhere else
