No air conditioning in the playground area. Nice place, clean easy to park. Good place to get ice cream with chocolate sauce and cookies and play.

Burger King is nothing like it was years ago. It is just awful, I mean so bad it goes in the trash. We went there for lunch and ate there. By the outside and how unclean it was we should have known to run, but we were stupid. The service is some of the worst we have ever had at a fast food place. They don't help at all. They have some machine now to order and if you need help, well, that is too bad. We ordered less because we had no idea how to get to what we wanted. The cashier would not assist at all. We got a ticket to pick up our food. They never cleaned up, we had to clean our own table, and the place was dirty. The food, for the most part was tossed in the trash. The onion rings were okay. The burgers were burnt, all of them and they were not hot. Whether they cooked them in advance I have no idea, but they were far from fresh. The buns were stale. They have a place to buy overpriced juice and it was fine. The bathrooms were not clean, they were gross. Don't go here. Just awful.

I ordered a Whooper with Cheese extra mayo and Large fry. I asked if I could get some tartar sauce in a cup on the side. The cashier said no I couldn't. I told her to cancel my order. She lost a sale because she doesn't know customer satisfaction. What is the harm in that???

I love BK for the most part, but this location is franchised and is more expensive than most. They usually don't run the same promotions as BK Corp or other locations. The food is just okay. The service is not up to Bk's standards. Not friendly and do not acknowledge customers in a timely manner inside the location. That has been my experience any. I don't go there anymore. And they Do Not Except EBTs hot food programs ( which help seniors, the disabled, and mother's or families that are low income ). That is not very Community Friendly⁉️ It's also not very Smart, because not only would that be Community Oriented...It would also Improve their Business.💲💲
I have been coming here for many years. Food is alright. The atmosphere is fantastic. The girls there and the guys are very sweet and kind. I do got to give props to Maria Rodriguez. She is very nice and quick. I love how great she is at handling both register and drive thru. That must be a challenge. I would loose my mind. Well, anyway. I just needed to say this. My family and I really enjoy going there. My mom is also a big fan. Her favorite are the chicken fries. Thank you for the warm welcome Everytime we go.

I don't write many reviews, but sometimes when you see employees go out of there way to help. You should say something. I have been coming here for a long time and really have to say how amazing the employees are. Maria Rodriguez is so nice and very respectful. It's crazy on how she manages both dinning and the drive thru orders. A she helps me at the drive thru and customers in the dinning area are asking her questions as she is trying to help me. That must be very difficult to manage at the same time. Unfortunately, some customers don't have manners and get upset. But she maintains a very positive attitude even whe the customer is sometimes yelling. Either way, I enjoy my visits everytime. Thank you Maria & Staff for the smiles everytime I go, and let me tell you I go more often then I need too. See you very soon! ❤️ 💙 💜 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 10 stars
