The strikingly deep purple Ube (Philippines purple tuber, has its own scientific name, (Dioscorea alata), and is not the same as taro or other purple potato plants.
Small business specializes in ube based pastries and drinks. They offer a unique upside down halo halo : ube smoothie plus sweetened beans and cream. Refreshing kalamansi ( Philippine citrus) juice.
My favorite dessert item is the ube butter bar: shortbread crust topped with ube sweetened with butter and sugar.
Limited indoor seating, feee WiFi.

Was in the area and needed a place to work with my laptop, WIFI didnât work after I connected successfully. Service wasnât the best a girl cashier gave me a bad vibe. The guy who gave me my drink redeemed their service rating. Bummed I paid for a drink so I can sit and do some work but their chair was wobbly and WIFI didnât work so now I have to go somewhere else.

If you're looking for Ube drinks and desserts this is your spot. While I didn't get any of the drinks, I will next time. The flan cupcake was super moist and not as heavy as I thought it would be. The bread pudding was wonderful with the coconut and jackfruit adding to the texture making it a wonderful dessert, and you can ask to have it warmed up. The Ube truffle is the richest of the bunch and would probably go well with some tea to cut down the richest. I'll be back for sure for the drinks.
Good coffee, great drinks and really good service.
Service was top-notch, and so was my Ube latte!! I was in a ube paradise!!
First timer and a local brought me here to try Ube. A long line from the door to the counter for purple yam desserts? Amazing! I tried three desserts and chose from pictures because Ube meant nothing to be. All 3 had yam in some form with other sweet selections that complimented the taste. I was quite surprise this Filipino dessert place was popular. and there are several locations. I enjoyed sampling my desserts and the new experience was delightful. đ

Great lighting for studying and I had a few of the desserts like the cheesecake ube. They're pretty good and it was my first time trying ube. The couches are comfy and service is good. Clean environment just limited seating and I had Wi-Fi issues twice. The employees fixed the Wi-Fi issues as soon as they happened so no complaints on that. Recommend to have a chill spot to get some homework done.
I love Cafe 86 ... I wish they have them in Florida â¤ď¸ (7.19.24 Desserts after Lunasia dinner)

$9.80 for a regular size Uber monster is a bit much, but it still tastes good. I only come here about once a year, it's only getting more expensive here

4 people in line and the girls are just chatting in the back completely unaware everyone can hear them. Girl that works there is super creepy and robotic like do not recommend
