Super bad review. I ordered takeout for the first time. The vegetables and rice were put in the same box. The soup of the fish with black bean sauce was all absorbed by the rice. The rice was inedible and the fish had no taste. I ordered a sesame chicken. The dye is so red that his food is worse than any fast food outside. It tastes terrible and disgusting. Whoever eats it will regret it if they throw it all away.

this place is heavily underrated. probably because it is in the middle of a 99 ranch. but this is actually one of the best chinese food spots in LA ??

Ordered the non-spicy beef noodle soup (hand-cut) and added my own level of heat. Nice broth. Wish I had seen their cold drinks lineup before getting my green tea order from the bakery. Will try their milk green tea next time along with some other dishes (lamb, cold noodles).Nice sitting area shared with the hot deli. Reasonable prices and solid portions. The lady that took my order is nice & served the food to my table. Unexpected and much appreciated!

Wow!!! I've tried just about every hand pulled noodle restaurant in the LA/SGV area, and this was by far the best I've ever had! Noodles were super big and chewy, the pork was well flavored and super soft, the sauce had a great taste of fresh garlic and vinegar with just the right amount of spice. The portion is large enough to last 2 meals. Can't wait to come back and try another dish!

Order at cashier. Food came out in about 15 mins. Hand pulled noodles were bomb and to go portion sizes were good. Beef noodle soup was also delish. If in the area, it's located in ranch 99, would definitely return.

Stewed Lamb soup is really good and the noodles are chewy. It came in huge portion. The Chinese burger is also surprising.Would come again to this place

Absolutely phenomenal!!!Stumbled upon this place inside the 99 Ranch food court. It seemed quite busy in the middle of the day so I figured why not give it a try? It mist be good. You can either order to go or sit down in the common eating area and they'll bring the food out to you. I ordered quite a bit of things to try. The prices are very reasonable and the portion are very large. Bonus points in my book. Hee hee. Everything tasted wonderful (and this is after having covid and still having that blasted metallic taste in my mouth). Lol. The star of the show was hands down the spicy lamb meat with cumin and hand cut noodles (dry style). It was to die for! In general I love lamb but when it comes to noodles, I am a complete noodle snob. Forget about the flavor, the noodles themselves were the best hand cut noodles I've ever had! Some places cut them too thick or some parts are thicker than others. That really annoys me. Lol. Some places either under cook or severely overcook the noodles. These ones are juuuust right. The chewiness was 100% perfect. Not too soft and not too chewy. Excellent! *applause*They have a bunch of drinks on display behind the glass. $3.99 each. Can't go wrong with that. Especially since they come in a nice reusable cup. The one worker that was there was super polite and attentive. She kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. I really really love this place and I hope that the community supports this place so that it will be around for a long time. I can't wait to go back. Enjoy!

I came here to stop for lunch between clients. It's inside a ranch 99. I ordered the hand pulled noodles mild because I didn't want to overdo it before heading back to work.It was so tasty and included bok choy. These noodles were steaming hot and it was a perfect combination for lunch. I also ordered a milk tea. I definitely want to come back and try other items and maybe not between clients. Customer service was to the point and they brought out the order upon completion.

Good service, but unsatisfactory food... I ordered the lamb noodle soup, which had almost no taste like drinking hot water. They charged $16 (with taxes) plus 10% tip for dining in (it's a fast food place like Panda). Never again!
