Every time I go, the price of the food goes up, and some days the food tastes good, so I go next time and order the same food, but it tastes completely different. The food is too expensive. They said they were selling water kimchi, so I ordered it and they put half of it in a galbitang-to-go bowl and said it was $15..... It was so insincere and the owner had changed, right? I don't want to go there again...

Came here after a hair appointment nearby and it was not that busy at 11:25. There were only 3 tables occupied. Lady at the front of the hour with a bob was not very warm or welcoming, but directed me to sit.I had been there for a good 10 minutes with several wait staff passing me and still no menu , no acknowledgment that I was even there. So during that 10 minutes that I sat there and was ignored, it gave me the opportunity to yelp for a nearby restaurant , and so I left.Maybe they are nicer to Korean customers with party or 2 or more?

Peaceful spot where you can enjoy hot and cold Korean soups and BBQ. Their fixings are also good. They've got Terra and Cass beer consistently also. Customer service is fast and very accommodating. They check in on you every so often if you need anything. They also have golf on their screens during tournaments and the place is very clean. Their Cold Noodle soups are comfort food along with their beef bbq ribs. The same owners and employees here have been hospitable and sweet.

Overall probably a 3.5/5 because the food was pretty good but when it came to paying, they already placed an included tip and my party decided we'd put $5 on top of the already included tip. The worker then went "Five dollars?" and went to get the receipt and pointed at the 18% already included tip and asked for $15 more. Yeah no, so we paid with the extra $5 and left as the lady working the front gave us a real dirty look...

Went here for the second time and it had been a while. We ordered two beef tofu soups. The broth flavor was fine but where was the beef? Compared to Cho Dang or other nearby restaurants that specialize in tofu soups, they have next to no beef and the small pieces we did get were chopped into teeny tiny pieces, less than bite sized. Like the size of a pinky nail. So overall disappointing because of that. Otherwise the banchan was fine and atmosphere good. Service was slow but staff was nice. Wouldn't go back though because of the no meat thing.

This has got to be the best soon tofu I've ever been to. The side dishes we had were of the highest quality -- acorn jelly tossed in sesame oil and nori, spicy fish cakes, and some great kimchi (my girlfriend is Korean and tends to be very picky with her kimchi but she approves Chung Dam Tofu's kimchi!). I had the ham and sausage tofu soup which was to die for. The tofu soup broth is so flavorful, and not diluted like some other places I've been to. The staff was very friendly from the get-go and always asked if we wanted our side dishes refilled. Living near Ktown in Los Angeles for the last couple of years, I wasn't sure if I'd ever find a good tofu spot after moving further south, but I was wrong! :)

We are frequent customers, happy with our usual orders but DO NOT order the Mung Bean Pancake 녹두 빈대떡, we tried for the first time as it was advertised as a new item on the menu, for $24.99 + tax, not worth it, cannot taste the pork, mung bean nor kimchi, over priced with no taste, 3 small pancakes(palm size) per order, very disappointed!!!

I just discovered this restaurant about 3 months ago and have been or got takeout from here at least a dozen times. I took my family here as well and they love it too. My favorite is the spicy tofu soup which comes with rice and a few side dishes. My family's favorite are the cold buckwheat noodles which I believe has homemade noodles (?) I might have made that up but it tastes homemade. We also tried their seafood pancake, beef rib soup, and spicy ribs that came on the bone with mozarella cheese melted on top (which I believe was beef). Awesome restaurant. The service is good too, the ladies are really nice. Quiet and clean atmosphere.

This location (though not sure if the same business owners) has been here YEARS serving up soondoboo (tofu soup) and other delicious Korean eats!Interior reminds me of what I'd think eating in an authentic restaurant in Korea would be like.Service was really nice.Food lacked a bit of flavor I had to keep adding sauce but overall I'd actually get it again.

Maybe it's because we went at an odd time for a meal (3pm on a Sunday) but everything was just slightly off. Service was forgetful, food was over salted,

I like this place, but the dishes are not consistent. One day, it was good, but the other day, it was "sigh"
