We ordered sauted ampalaya .. ewe it taste boiled .. still hard / raw with some hard small few slices of beef .This is not even sauted ampalaya . The Crispy pata is supposedly the hock , what we got was pigs feet sliced into half . Then the famous sisig they claim a very popular dish was chopped fried pork with lemon red and green chili - - wheres the sisig there.. no egg and not sizzling .. its coldddd. Price is not cheap ha . Serving size is small . Even the service itself is sooo poor . Place looks full and crowded because its very small with a few table chairs that are old and ugly .. Not even worth ONE Star.. Grrrr place and food is digusting

I called inquiring about their adobong pusit. I wanted to order that along with lechon kawali and pancit canton. The person on the phone is very short and wanted to hang up the call already like I'm inconveniencing her. So I didn't place my order. Hopefully they have better customer service.

Delicious food and attentive service. I've never had Philippine food before and they patiently answered all my questions. The kare kare was really good. Shrimp paste goes with everything!

Is there a negative review? The woman owner and kitchen chef are the worst!!. Sinigang was extremely sour and we requested to get it fixed. The kind waiter offered another dish if we wanted, so we ordered another dish. The woman owner came out and loudly said that they cannot replace it because the chef refuses to cook us another dish. Terrible attitude on both the owner and cook.

Comes to Crispy House whenever we're in the area, always happy tummy! Our favorites, crispy pata ( just keep getting smaller every time we come), pancit miki/bihon and special chop suey. Tried their pinakbet (for the first time) I think the chef forgot the bagoong! It's ok though.

Wait is so long. Poor customer service. Disorganized. The lady was loud. This was our favorite restaurant before for so many years so we know the taste of each dish and we have our favorite dish here because we come here often before. Definitely not coming back here anymore. Their crispy pata has a smell but according to them "no there's no smell".Seriously when you take the skin off the fat underneath stinks like it's old meat/spoiled. The crispy pata was sent to the kitchen and the lady came out with the same crispy pata telling us that there's no smell and they're returning it to us telling us "but we're not charging it". Seriously! Maybe they have a problem with their sense of smell. The pancit bihon smells like used oil. The avocado shake doesn't taste the same you can hardly taste the avocado mostly it's the milk that you can taste. Chopsuey doesn't taste the same it's fishy taste. It's so disappointing coz we drove 1 hour for this. It's not worth it. We'll never come back here anymore.

Today I gave Crispy House another try at their crispy pata. I've been coming to this place when it was called Magic Wok. I used to love the melt in your mouth meat falling off the bone crispy pata. In the years I've been coming here to get my favorite dish crispy pasta, I noticed the quality getting low. And the portion shrunk too. I get it, different cooks have different ways. The taste is not as great as it used to be. Both the service and food used to be top notch and more. This place was a go to even if you had to travel a hour away. Now you are lucky if someone answers the phone when you try to call in your order because it takes a while to get your order.

You want home authentic Filipino food, Cerritos Crispy House is where you go!! I drive from San Diego to Cerritos just for Crispy Pata!! No one in San Diego makes this better than Crispy House. I get home and the family is instantly happy!! The service is great with family always greeting you with a smile and the place is clean!! Feels like home!! So treat yourself to great Filipino food and take the drive from San Diego to Cerritos and I guarantee it's worth it! If you don't like it I'll pay...anyways just go!! Love this place !! Do it !!

S L O W S E R V I C E ! ! ! We were hungry and excited to eat, but it faded as the wait for our meal got longer and longer. So frustrating to see tables that ordered after you receive their order before you. WTF! The slow service absolutely spoiled the experience.

So glad this restaurant reopened! My husband's family went here often before the pandemic and now that they're open for dine-in, we're happy to come back. Plenty of seating, tables are clean, and service appears quicker (although we went on a weekday evening). The best crispy pata and pork sisig. And their other dishes like chop suey, fried rice, sinigang, and of course, halo-halo for dessert satisfy any Filipino-food craving looking for quality and quantity too. I noticed that takeout is still popular so if you live nearby, try it out and you're welcome to call ahead to reserve a table for parties larger than 6. There's no sign outside yet but park near the Del Taco.

This is a new slogan for this business, "Our food is good but our customer service and overall service sucks" Running a business is not easy, answering the phone, a smile, being polite doesn't costs anything It's part of doing business. I am very disappointed with this restaurant we called two hours in advance to get the crispy Pata But guess what ? After arriving 12 minutes before the scheduled pickup time, they still had us wait for an additional 15 min. So why bothered to take the order ? The cashier/server was still expecting a Tip for just taking her time to take our order ? Maybe I am not too smart, maybe I don't understand how tipping works. Gratuity is given when a service is provided. Well, as far as I know , if I am taking food orders I thought that was part of my job description . I must be totally transparent and tell you the only reason why you guys are still in business is because of us, yes, us the customers. And also your food is reasonably good. Please improve your customer service and be honest about your communications to your customers. The ambience is nothing to brag about, it will take 40 minutes to get your food if you dine in. Not sure I can recommend this place Never coming back. Remember we are the people who keep you in business, we are not here for free!!!! Pls treat us with kindness and respect Thanks for reading

Food is delicious but I would probably never order there again for National Holidays coz they will ruin your plans. You'll wait for about 2 hours since you arrived to get your order. My pick up time was 5:30pm, arrived there 5:15pm. I was able to get my food at 7pm ish. People for 4pm pick up got their food after 6pm. Customers were upset coz all orders were prepaid. They don't even take orders over d phone, you have to come personally to order & pay. But you will wait that long to be able get your food coz when you arrived that's the time they will start to cook your order. We had to drive far to our Christmas party, so we got there super late. They shouldn't take that super chunk of orders if they can't deliver on time. Business is not only about money but customer service as well!
