For a while now We have seen the service really declined and I think it's because the quality of help available now that everybody makes $20 an hour has really gone downhill. You would think it would be the opposite but it is not. Very disappointing.

the girl that can’t speak English messed up my order & i am allergic to tomatoes but she didn’t understand
I went through the drive through. Girl was friendly. But the food was terrible and the drink. I also ordered large chips and guacamole. But the gave me the the chips in a box and there were no more than 10 chips inside. I went inside to ask tge girl and she laughed and said that's how they come. I also asked for my receipt which they never gave me.. my food was also cold. The inside of store was dirty

Dear Del Taco Artesia. Please do better!! Ordered a bean and cheese taco… simple. The effort was slop. As you can see in the pictures.. it’s slop! The dining area here had homeless .. dirty tables.. All. No kidding.. and no smiles at all.. just tired and irritated looking workers. I get it I guess you aren’t happy with the job.. but people’s food isn’t something you should mess with. I haven’t been at this location for years.. not trying to come back for more years to come. Sad.
