We go there at least three to four times a week The atmosphere is great The people that work behind the counter are awesome they have never gotten our food wrong yet and it's always been hot fast I can't say anything bad about them It seems like good another one try them so I can say judge it for yourself guarantee to you like it

Horrendous customer service. I was literally the only customer in the resturant, and could not order because I was being actively ignored by a staff of 4 people, just talking and chatting amongst themselves with their back towards me. When I finally got the attention an older female worker wearing a black face mask, I asked to use the restroom, she snapped at me with open hostility that the restrooms were for customers only. Despite the fact that I had been trying to order for about 10 mins. I gave her a confused look and she removed her mask to again state very loudly that the restrooms were for customers only. Where was this passion and enthusiasm when I entered the resturant trying to order food? I immediately turned around and got out of there, and I suggest you all do the same.

There was a short line so I wanted to use the restroom to wash up before eating, when I asked for a key the woman at the register shot back in a snarky attitude that I had to pay first…

The middle age lady with glasses named Sandra ,who I ordered from in the morning, was very rude. Kept sighing after I changed my order. Will never come back because of this employee with a bad attitude . Even people I was on the phone with overhead her bad attitude and was upset with this employee too. Bad customer service. Also del dorito burrito was too spicy for my liking .

Was at this place at 11:56 AM today on drive through but was in a hurry with an appointment at 12 noon some were, no one in front of me so I pulled up to the window and I was refused service by a men because I didn’t stop on the intercom. Bunch of BS.

Everything was great,except the preparer of the food did multiple things with the gloves she was using and she did change her gloves. It's called cross contamination.

For a while now We have seen the service really declined and I think it's because the quality of help available now that everybody makes $20 an hour has really gone downhill. You would think it would be the opposite but it is not. Very disappointing.
