Like a regular fast food chain, takes a long time to prepare, food is done sloppy, taste is like its just been flopped to a tortilla. Order was placed 10 minutes on the app before I came. Still it took 30 minutes before I got it.

The nicest employees i have ever seen they are always polite very patient. There food is very good quality considering the price when compared to other companies lovr there fries are always hot and fresh. There remodel that was done a couple years ago makes the establishment looks clean and friendly. There burritos are the best in the area in my opinion because i can actually taste each individual ingredient unlike some other places. Overall 1,000,000,000 out of 10
Dietary restrictions: You can request what you can take out or add in there burritos but make sure you ask dont assume.
Parking: There is about 10 to 12 spots depending on the hours.

Went to Del Taco earlier than usual and got to see Mary again and she was so sweet, kind, welcoming, and working hard as always. She is so delightful and love to interact with her everytime I see her. Been going to Del Taco for years and years and one thing has not changed...Mary always being her gracious amazing self. She constantly asked how my mother is doing and that is what i appreciate most ❤️ Came across another employee Yolanda who Ive seen a couple of times. Very sweet, engaging, enthusiastic, and Hardworking as well everytime I see her. Love the atmosphere there. Food and service was great but the employees is what makes it the most enjoyable. The Artesia Location has great employees and will continue to come back. Have a great day to all the Del Taco Employees at the Artesia Location ❤️

Our first time in this store yesterday is NOT GOOD! the cashier(she) was not focusing in taking orders causing it to refund the first receipt and so create new orders to make it correctly. The big man preparing the orders reacting saying loud OH NO! while looking at us directly. Knowing that it's the cashier fault of punching the wrong orders. At that time we chose not to react and let them be look so rude to their customers. Our parents sent us to school finished a degree, knows what is the meaning of subject Values. Worst they did was when we got home we found out that instead of crispy chicken taco they still put in our bag the wrong punch order by the cashier which is the corn taco. Will not come here again

For the second or third time my taco came with a whole cup of grease in it. It seems intentional . The amount of grease made it inedible and it keeps happening. There was so much grease in my chicken soft taco the tortilla disintegrated. I didn't take a picture last time. Normally this Del Taco is top notch but not recently.

I ordered from this location and they got my order wrong. I’ve been calling them for the past 30 minutes to let them know that they’ve messed up my order but they aren’t answering. I can’t even eat it bc they added something I specifically selected not to add because I am allergic.
First time on this chain trying out Trejo’s Tacos. These tacos are great tasting. Didn’t realize that Danny Trejo created a good one. Good job Danny! This is a small restaurant but great in service. Their drive through is really busy. Yolanda took care of our order and was quickly prepared by their kitchen.

I placed an order through the app today, and my husband picked it up. However, the tacos were incorrect. I went back to exchange them, and when I received the new food, I checked to make sure it was correct. But when we got home and checked again, the order was incorrect again. I had to wait through the drive-thru line again to complain. The woman working there was very rude in her expression and tone, and didn't apologize. I was very upset by her attitude. We won't be using this Del Taco again.

Only two people working. Waited in drive thru for a long time. One car ordering and getting food at a time. That’s right. Order, wait in line until the car in front gets their food before the next order is taken. Then to top it off. They run out of Dr Pepper, and they’re unable to replace because they don’t know how to switch out the syrup. What a miserable day for the two who showed up to work. I tried very hard to not blame them as they were in a bad situation.

I live across the street from this place and take my kids here after school... I don't like the day shift crew because this older Hispanic woman was always so edgy! After dropping my kids at school, I would go here before my class started...this particular elder woman around her 50s always had to give me an attitude on how much salsa packages I asked for. Like... woman! I bought a burrito, give me 10 packages of salsa cuz sometimes it's dry! Why say...oh no only 4 packages?! I immediately called headquarters and reported this...next day I came, I saw some changes! I'm not here to argue or fight... I need food and I'll be on my way...I'm a paying customer! The foods good, but sometimes dry! All I ask is for some salsa... damn.
