Food is great . I recommend the grilled milkfish. The lechon carnitas platter feed 3-4 people perfect for sharing over garlic rice. Don't get the crab fried rice is mid. And the karaoke on the weekends is awesome.

They have possibly the worst customer service in all of the Filipino food restaurant industry…the food is great, if it wasn’t for that the family would probably never come back, but boy do they need to work on the service aspect. Always had issues when at the place, so decided to just get take out this time around, when I called they asked to put me on hold, no biggie I thought, ended up being on hold for 7 minutes before i decided to call back, asked if they were so busy as to why I didn’t get an answer back, they stated no, and I advised them do they look at their phone que as I was on hold to place and order, had I not called back they would have never got back to the call. Sheesh it’s the simple things Gerry’s grill.

Start with wait time for no reservations and wait was for them to clean dirty tables. Sat at three tables, like one has to table shop at a restuarant? The waiter was rude and un accommodating. Never once checked how everything was, even had a busser present the check and never an opportunity to order post entre items.
Steak dish way way over salted to point of not edible as served. Not the cleanest of establishments.
Suggestion - train staff in customer service and if they are rude to patrons let them go.... Kitchen - cut back on salt *cut way back.
This is a pass and not to be given a second chance. I was a guest had i been given a bill the tip would be 0 as this was a waisted meal experience.

Not familiar with the areas and our friends took us to this place and it was a nice experience. Plenty of room and sitting area. Definitely be back whenever in town again.

Long time customer from philippines and whenever in cali. Food quality has significantly gone down, service is even further away from accustomed filipino hospitality - cold, transactional, slow and severely unattentive. 1 person took 2 hrs to dine, 30 mins wait, 1 hr of it waiting for service.
The bistek no longer resonate and the sisig was far worse, dry and bland.
I have been to this place many times for few years. The quality of food has deteriorated throughout the years. Prices have gone up and unfortunately the food quality as I said was not as tasteful as years ago. We ordered crab fried rice and literally the crab was about half a tablespoon . We cannot taste the crab at all. We would have been better off ordering a plain garlic rice. The price w as 16.95 to my recollection. It was disappointing and when I mentioned to our server why would you advertised crab fried rice and yet literally no crab added. Would never to back to this place again unfortunately.

Got the chicken & pork adobo, pork sisig, and pancit with crispy pork. Seated promptly and the food came out all together and very quickly. Everything tasted fantastic and the wait staff were lovely. Full marks and will be returning!
