I would like to say thank you to the owner and staff , they are really honest and nice people, thank you for giving me back my $100 bill that unknowingly drop on the floor yesterday and got it back today even though you don’t know who lost it you kept it and made sure the owner will get it back., we always eat here dine in and take out because the food is always freshly cooked and so so authentically good. Affordable yet delicious 🙏❤️😋😋😋😋 감사합니다 😊
2024 Eats; "LA" #3, Korean #3: this was previously Gombo Wang, a Korean restaurant we'd come to for naengmyeon and mandu.
During our quick visit to LA, we ate at Hanmi three times (once for lunch, once for dinner, and once via takeout). While I liked Gombo Wang, I think Hanmi is a definite improvement. The biggest improvement and my favorite thing about Hanmi is their banchan--it's delicious.

When I first visited, the steamed monkfish was delicious and the various side dishes were delicious, so I went often with guests, but as the food went on, the amount of food decreased and the side dishes were not the same as before. Today, the steamed monkfish was as tough as a rubber band, so it was uncomfortable to eat.
