One of the waitress there is very rude. We weren’t finish with dinner she turned our fire off. Felt like she wanted to rush us out of there. She promptly came with the check even though we were not finished and she added the tip. I thought the tip is given by the guest based on service not demanded by the business.

The negative reviews do this place a disservice. The complaints I see are mostly entitled complaints asking for itemized receipts or complaining you can only order 3 meats at a time. Firstly the place is affordable I've been taking my family here for 6-7 years now they've seen my first daughter grow up over the years and I've always come back for several reasons. This place has amazing food and even for a affordable ayce they work hard to keep the place clean and keep your grill from burning. Due to the cost the meat is fattier and less lean than a more high end kbbq spot but it's definitely worth it. If you're one to complain about a mandatory tip you're probably the reason why they implemented adding the tip to the bill. This place is affordable, clean, delicious, and the servers are generous and helpful just speak kindly to them and understand they also need to make their money.

Maybe it was because it was a slow weekday but everything tasted old. the rice paper tasted old and the meat tasted old like they were getting rid of it before it spoiled.

We love going here! We are big brisket fans and we love that they give you a big plate of it instead of us having to continuously order multiple small plates. All of their sides are delicious and the staff are attentive and quick! I recommend this place for brisket lovers

I had an incredibly disappointing service experience. Despite being seated in a different room, it felt like the staff completely overlooked everyone in that area. Our water glasses remained empty, and no one came to take a second order. After waiting for 30 minutes, we decided to settle the bill and leave, with no intention of returning. Strangely, the restaurant wasn't even particularly busy at the time. #HorribleService #DisappointingExperience

The food is great! My loved ones and I have been coming here for years. The reason for the 1 star review is because lately they have been including the tip on the bill without telling you. To make matters worse, they don't provide you with an itemized bill so you don't even know what you're being charged for. Also, when they bring you the bill the tip section is left empty so basically you can easily be double tipping without knowing. I asked for an itemized bill and the lady would not give it to me or give me an explanation. I understand tip being added for big parties, but it was only four of us. Make sure to let them know that you don't want the tip included on the final bill and you will add it yourself.
Meat portions are large. Especially the brisket. We asked for the pork belly, beef bulgogi, and brisket. The brisket portion was twice the size of the bulgogi and pork belly. The pork belly is also very thin cut. Even their thick cut is thin. Not a lot of flavor. We had to ask for salt to add when grilling. Not a bad place and affordable, but for a few more bucks, you can find much better.

Nice place to spend Saturday lunch at this place. Not as fancy like Gen kbbq but if you want to enjoy a good amount of brisket, this is the place to be. They serve a big tray of brisket on your initial order. Lots of meat choices specifically those spicy pork and chicken, those are bomb. Price are really affordable and plenty of parking spots. I am coming back soon.

What I like about this place is that, they'll give you a large amount of meat on your initial order, some kbbq place don't do that and you'll get a hard time asking for a refill but here the first tray is good for 3 persons right away. They also have a lot of meat choices plus 3 flavors of spicy soups. Price is also affordable, tho sides are kinda off but overall this is a go to place.

Have come to this place of couple of times but today was very disappointed, although we were seated quickly, our server was no where in sight would finish our meat and wanted to order more but she kept ignoring our table, waited 20 min till we finally got her attention after ordering for a 2nd time and finishing our food once again our server disappears, and finally appears but only to bring us our bill, didn’t even let us order more foodWill not be coming here againPoor customer service
