I ordered two kiwi slushes and an avocado smoothie online, and all the drinks tasted bland compared to other Boba Time locations. The service was also bad, as I was given my drinks without any straws. Terrible taste and service and would not recommend, very disappointed in my experience.

I came in on 12/27 around 2pm and there were 2 guys working ( Anthony and someone else I didn't catch his name tag)They were dealing with a crazy customer who was yelling at them, talking down at them over a small upcharge they didn't want to pay for. They took care of the rest of us in line while still handling her which I really appreciate. They didn't deserve that treatment and still kept a smile on their face. They kept a good attitude despite someone being rude and entitled!

Popcorn chicken was super chewy like when you get a bad nugget from McDonald’s. Cheese sticks and jalapeño poppers were good but nothing to dip them in, price was also high for the quality, $7 for 4. Garlic Parmesan fries were super salty. They should just stick to what they are good at, boba.

Honestly, this place is okay but the quality of the stuff they serve is not that great. Last time I went I was greeted by very mediocre employees and their menu is restricted compared to the lolicup a little walk down the ways from there. Probably had around 10 drink options and only 5-7(?) food options. Again much better and more variety at the lolicup down the way. FYI I do not work at lolicup nor am I affiliated with them in any way, I just think they’re a much better boba spot to visit rather than here.
