I never give bad reviews but at this location her name is Maria really really bad attitude and worst customer service ever she was taking my order she was rushing me and she said see at the window even I wasn’t finish my order I told her, and I go to the window and she was giving me attitude and making faces, and she was still didn’t apologize, if she’s here I never gonna come at this store, she need to learn how to do customer service👎

I pulled to the drive-thru, got my food, and was about to drive off when the manager asked for the bag back. After a moment, they returned it, but I was left wondering if they added or took something out. This isn't just odd; it's unsettling. Once food leaves the window, it shouldn't be asked back for safety and hygiene reasons. I left feeling too uncomfortable to eat.
**Advice:** Avoid at all cost unless you enjoy a side of mystery with your meal. This place needs to rethink its service standards.

We always go to this branch as it is real close to our home. This past visit I decided to do a review. This place has always given us a real good experience every time we visit. And that’s the reason for for the review. My son ordered the Cubes Munchie Meal of course that was his favorite. Comes with a Coke drink that you can choose the flavors from the vending machine. They now have the touch screen version so you can get all the drink choices made by Coke including the Vitamin Water. The order was taken by a nice person named Lata. She took the order with a smile. Their kitchen is well organized that shows how the order was placed and given to the kitchen. Lata was the same person who served the order to us. Kudos to the management for a great employee!
The guy wearing a glasses seems like shift manager there always give you a face like you owe him a billion dollars. Food is good and other workers there are good. Except him, I ordered the Munchie meal and he gave me the portion of the kid fries in McDonald's and I asked him and he said that's the portion he suppose to give and repeat the same line over and over with that face. Yeah man that's all you got! If you see him, go to another place cause it's not worth it to ruin your day folks!

I do love jack in a box however I don’t like my jeans getting oil stains . I literally have to go home and change for work because I have oil all over my jeans. This messed up he morning .

worked night shift on tuesday night at the drive thru window has really bad costumer service! i asked to switch out curly fries to french fries she said NO! i asked for sauce she said okay at the window so rudely! not tolerablewhoever
