This workplace is great overall. The service is very nice and welcoming, and the staff makes you feel comfortable. The food is delicious and always well prepared. I had a really good experience and would definitely recommend this place.

Really not kindness women work here I said several time I need few of water, but didn't lessen for me. Something like my pronunciation was no good how can couldn't understand that I said water i said 3time after that the other lady's gave the water I'm sorry but have to lesson with more open the ear... Every time I come here, theres something wrong with my order. One of the ladies always seems like shes in a bad mood. And this last time I came to pick up food, they never gave me a straw. So I waited till I got home to drink my soda and it was disgustingly uncarbonated. I dont know why I keep coming back. Im hopeful I guess

I came to this Jack in the Box in Artesia around 12:30 AM, expecting to order some food since it’s listed as a 24/7 location. There was complete silence at the speaker, even after waiting a while. As someone who has worked in fast food for over 8 years — including overnight shifts — I completely understand being short-staffed or under pressure. But I would never leave customers hanging like that. They’re the priority.
After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I pulled up to the window, where two employees told me to “go around” — even though I had already waited all that time, and there were other cars behind me also waiting. That kind of service is frustrating, especially late at night when people are just trying to get a meal.
To make things worse, they threatened to call the police when all we wanted to do was place an order. I wasn’t rude, aggressive, or disruptive — just hungry and confused. I’m honestly shocked by the way we were treated.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I say that as someone who works in fast food and understands the demands of the job. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this needs to be addressed
