Well place was empty and cashier was only interested on his phone... I ask for everything napkins, lemons, etc. food was mild nothing special. Employee never offered us any kind of attention, besides charging us. And no water also.

Came here all the way from West Hollywood on a Wednesday at 9pm and they were closed. States on the door and online that they close at 10 pm. Very disappointing - no note or anything explaining why it was closed early.

Poor experience at the Artesia location. Ordered main lobster roll and fries for $31.70. Lobster dry and hard. May of been microwave? Only customer at the time so they were not busy. Fries were good. Very disappointed. Will not return.

Worst service ever. It took over 45 minutes to receive or food even when they said it would take 10! We came for a quick lunch pick up but it took much longer. Also it cost over 125 dollars for THREE rolls ? Not only that but they got our order wrong too. ZERO STARS, DO NOT COME HERE, Unless u want extremely expensive food and bad service.

We ordered for delivery on postmates and at first it all seemed fine. Most of us save the crab till after we've peeled it all. We'll after a few minutes of peeling, we notice a strong chemical smell, like bleach or ammonia. The longer we took analyzing if it was indeed bad, the stringer it got. Withing 15 min of getting out food the smell finally over powered the room. 30 min later 2 out of 4 of us were vomiting and the other 2 were sick all night. By the time we went back into the dinning room to discard the food it was even strilonger then before. It was obvious that they sent is bad crab or previously dead crab. We called them before they closed to explain what happened and they said they would call us the next day. It's now the end of the day and no call so they clearly don't take serving bad food seriously. Our order was $238 and it all had to be tossed into the garbage.

Used to love this place until they changed the way you can order. No more ordering by the pound of whatever you want to customize your bag. They limit you to combos only and there is only 4 type of combos you can get and only 1 type of crab combo. I like crab and tiger shrimp and they have a no substitution policy. I don’t like mussels and the combo includes mussels. Its 75 bucks and half the stuff in it I would never order. It’s just d**** We would have spent over 100 if they would let us order whatever we want. They have Al la Cart prices but won’t let you order it that way. I just fkn hate the new policy. Wont be back. Unfortunate. Go to Claws instead ??♀️
