The worst Filipino food we ever had. I ordered 4 dishes. The garlic shrimp was the only thing with salt. Pinakbet was so runny and on the sweeter side because of the over riped pumpkin, the eggplant was hard. The tortang talong had no salt. The lechon kawali was all fat, hardly any meat and skin. We barely touch the dishes. No salt was added. The only thing good was the nicest waiter who served our order. I would not recommend the restaurant to anybody. Bad food. Not even 1star.

I was quite disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The Kare-Kare had an unpleasant odor, and it seemed like they didn’t use enough spices to enhance the flavor. On the other hand, the Sinigang na Baboy was the highlight of our meal—the sourness was just right, making it very tasty. Unfortunately, the Calamari was extremely rubbery and difficult to chew. As for the Halo-Halo, it was not visually appealing at all, which made it less appetizing.
Service was another letdown. The staff at the counter were busy chatting with each other, and we had to call them multiple times just to get their attention. It definitely affected the overall dining experience.
And oh, parking was a nightmare—the spots are really small, and a truck barely fits in. It was such a hassle just trying to find a decent space.
With a few improvements in food quality, customer service and parking this place has potential, but for now, I can’t say I’d recommend it.

I really hate giving someone a bad review. But they lied to us. Told us very clearly on the phone that after 10:30 they’re going to stop letting people in because of a private party. Got there at 10:15 and was denied entrance at the door. I asked them why did someone tell us 10:30? The girl and guy just had stupid looks on their face “Uhh. Yeah. Sorry”. I told them we drove far and that’s why we called ahead and arrived before 10:30 and it’s only 10:15. They just looked at us. We turned around and went home.
Excellent and authentic Filipino food. Friendly and attentive service.

We decided to visit this location after seeing an advertisement on social media. One key takeaway is approaching social media promotions cautiously, as even the most savvy individuals can sometimes fall for misleading or misinformation. That said, the experience was decent overall.
The food was satisfactory, and the staff provided attentive service, contributing to a positive customer experience.
The setting resembles a catering-style service, allowing patrons to choose their meals as if they were selecting from a catered menu. Additionally, traditional menu options are available for ordering.
It's important to note that their all-you-can-eat offering is only available on specific days, so it's advisable to call ahead to confirm availability.
Parking: There is ample parking available at the location, and we did not have any difficulty locating a parking spot during our visit on Sunday morning.

We went here at around 10:15 am for breakfast buffet, they don’t have anymore dessert and they will not refill empty trays so basically we just had very few options left and we approached the staff they don’t even friendly with you.. So when you open until 11am, be sure you should serve the right amount of food for your customers not even telling them that you have to close even if you still have customers asking for food that they paid..
Food is too dry , beef is chewy , its not worth the price👎
Poor service. Had to sign a waitlist upon entering. Not even full. Sat down a good 5 mins no one took our order. The older folks infront of us were there way before we got in and they haven’t ordered either. Menu looks like a tissue paper. Pricing is way up there. Walked out and went to KF

Our first time to try this place ( Tuesday 1130 a.m.). First negative point was the narrow tight parking spots of the shopping center. You'd easily get a scratch/dent on your car . The next point .. the food prices are pricey ! ( about $ 6 to $7 bucks higher than other comparable eateries). However, to be fair, once we started eating our lomi n fresh lumpia.. it was a big wow.. it's a real sarap n the servings are huge. So it's still ok to eat here unless you don't mind the tight, narrow parking spots. Don't bring your Teslas, Mercedes n other elegant cars you may have esp on buffet days. The restroom doors by the way are supposed to be self closing n not prop opened per health regulations.

SERVICE SUCKS. VERY RUDE.
Even though the website says customers have 2 hours to dine, at an hour, one of the girls kept coming over and hurrying us and another 20 minutes later told us to leave that it's been an hour and a half.
Fortunately, they make you pay first when you arrive, so I had the digital receipt to show that we hadn't been there long. It didn't matter, they insisted that the time limit is hour and a half and we have to leave.
The girl who charged us then offered to move us to another table. So the whole ordeal was because they wanted our table for a larger group.
We drove out to Mekeni Pinoy from UCLA. It took over 2 hours to get there. The people just aren't good people. Scammy and rude. Cerritos has many great Filipino restaurants for much cheaper than this place. Go somewhere where you are treated with dignity

The Friday night buffet, priced at $35, seems a bit steep for the quality and selection offered. While I enjoyed their Kare-kare with tender beef chunks, saucy shrimp, chicharon, and the Sinigang soup, the lobsters and other shellfish like mussels were tough, cold, and didn't appear fresh. Additionally, the buffet didn't include all the items listed on their menu. A lot of dishes were missing. It's unclear whether they change the selection hourly or weekly.
Overall, it's better to dine à la carte unless they improve and expand their buffet offerings.

Tried to make a reservation and followed their instructions on how to do so by calling the listen number and they don’t even answer!
The only thing I didn't like was that their lobster tasted like bagoong. I wish you would have made it similar to red lobster or put the sauce on the side, because not everyone likes your lobster sauce. But the staff and ambience are amazing!
