Got the bo ne and the bread it came with was soggy and wet. I'm guessing the bread was old and stale and they tried to bring it back to life by wetting it then toasting it again, but they did a terrible job.
The corn milk was more of a smoothie and a complete let down.
The restaurant smelled so strong of incense it gave some of us a headache.

Love what I ordered #38, the grilled pork is just right, not burned. Hubby ordered the beef ribs with bone pho. It is also very good. The only bad part I have to say is the mango kumquat drink. It is listed as their top 10 drink. But it is just some artificial flavors with no real fruits inside. Totally not worth for $6. After all, they are not a tea shop. So I don’t blame them. The food and environment are very good. They are also clean too.
Parking: Parking space is small and lots of restaurants and market in the plaza.

There is a nearby vietnamese restaurant which used to be the best in the area. But Ngon Yummy is now our go-to restaurant for vietnamese food. They have a wide selection of menu items and from what we tried, they are all good. One thing you don't find at many other vietnamese restaurants is the pho broth that stays hot throughout your meal ... Perfect for a cold day!

Sadly, the service on a Friday night did not meet my expectations, which were not very high because they are admittedly in the grand opening phase. We waited a long time to order and get food, but it did eventually come after we asked for a couple of missing items. I may try again after they settle in.

Finally! A Phở restauraunt with deep complex broth, where I can order my favorite: chicken phở in a beef broth. This good broth is cooked for many hours using beef and chicken bones. Some places try to replace the depth by over seasoning with cardamom, anise, or cinnamon - but this broth has the richness and depth with just a hint of spice.

CAUTION BEWARE TIP FRAUD!
I had lunch here last Friday and got 2 bowls of pho and 2 waters. The service was forgettable, didn't get offered a refill on my water, and so I tipped 12%. I guess the waiter didn't like that and decided to charge me 25% tip instead. I spoke to the manager, and he wanted me to come back to the restaurant for the tip refund. I live in Fountain Valley and am rarely ever in Cerritos. I'm not making a 34-mile round-trip for that. I'm never coming back here again. Please check your bank statement once the transaction is posted. Cheers.

Pho, was ok, but very hot, I had to sit and watch it until it cooled down, blew, didn't help, boiling water. Regarding the staff, everything was ok at the beginning, but during the whole lunch I was asked about 10 times how everything was. It's annoying, I want to eat in peace, the girl sees that I'm sitting chewing food, comes up and asks how I'm doing and waits for an answer. It's annoying. Everything else is good
