I ordered ahead for my son lunch at his school so I could pick it up at 11:00am when I arrived at the store I was told I only had one order when it should’ve been two then the CSR told me they don’t do big boxes anymore(first lie)and yes they do have the big box deal so I know I ordered it and someone at the store deleted 10 minutes before I got to the store as of 9:50am it was still there so I placed another order for some boneless wings that was the only thing ready so I saw the store manager outside told him about he argued with me about it which I’ve been General Manager for a pizza establishment I know it was deleted and he was the one that probably done it this store stinks like they haven’t cleaned it in the last 8 years was are horrible looking then PIZZA HUT turns around and deletes my customer account of don’t worry you didn’t hurt my feelings but I will hurt yours by informing the health department

Went to this place last week and ordered stuff crust pizza. After 30 minutes of waiting, the guy gave me my order , and y mistake was not checking it. Once I got home , I just noticed that they gave me a regular crust pizza and charged me for stuff crust.

There was only one person working here doing everything, Pizza Hut and the management here should be ashamed of themselves. I’m surprised the poor guy didn’t walk out and there were customers coming non stop. Is this what the food business has come to now a days 🤦🏻♂️

If you like burn pizza, and pay a lot for it then order here. But, save yourself some money and go to Staters get yourself a frozen pizza , put it in the oven and over cook it. Same thing, but you saved yourself some cash!!!
Needs better signage/lighting for night time visits. Went around twice, couldn't find it. Lights/signs outside were off, blocked by a tree. And then the main sign is covered up. Food was also supposedly ready, but still had to wait 10 more min since it really wasn't.
