i would have rated this 0 stars if i could have. My food was COLD, as if it wasnt finished frying cold. My food was cold and a ridiculous portion. i want a refund. seriously!!!

The worst chicken I’ve ever gotten from anywhere. the pieces were so Small they thought throwing in another small piece would help. had no meat Meat practically just breading. I want my money back. 6$ for very small pieces of chicken

I asked to use the restroom and I was told it was for customers only. I asked again if I could use the restroom and I also offered to purchase something to eat I just needed to use the restroom first. I was ignored by the staff. Prior to me coming into their franchise my daughter and sister had purchased meals already so what was the reason fot not letting me and my little daughter use the bathroom. I will never purchase anything from here again there customer service is horrible.

Amazing food! Fresh if asked nicely, staff on the weekends is very polite and friendly—great service, very respectful. The atmosphere is perfect for enjoying meals! Clean and quiet. The blackened tenders are delicious! Definitely going back!
