I never knew this place existed, I have been living in Cerritos for 10 years and only heard about this place from my sister just recently. I came here and ordered their popcorn chicken, fried squid balls, jasmine milk tea and hot grass jelly. Thumbs up for the hot grass jelly and popcorn chicken but the others were OK. Their medium spice level is very spicy. Keep that in mind. The jasmine milk tea tastes diluted and the boba was not good. What I like about this place is the pricing. Their drinks are the cheapest of all boba shops and snacks are reasonably priced.

Family based business. 5 stars. I primarily go here for boba in bulk. Boba tea and strawberry slushies by 200-300 per order. They are the cheapest in town for bulk boba tea! Ask for Amy, she'll hook you up!

Howard did I say there were utensils in there? No. I said I saw a cockroach and I saw it because like you said you haven't been putting spoons and forks out due to covid. Which by the way they have relaxed rules on restaurants so stop using COVID as an excuse and being a douche by saying false and making up stories. Why would I leave a negative review unless I saw something I have nothing to lose

Ordered banana milk tea and pudding milk tea. I was very surprised to find out they put real banana blended with milk tea for the banana milk tea and it was amazing. Tasted like I was drinking a banana! Putting milk tea was really good too. You just can't beat the prices on this place. I went for the first time last month and everything was pretty good, no real complaints but it also wasn't out of this world. This time everything was even better, 5/5.

After eating the food I found a fried plastic food wrap on the fried chicken combo I ordered. This is horrible and unhealthy. Food inspector should definitely go and inspect their business location.

I used to love Quickly because of their cheap Milk Teas and snack items. However times have changed. I went here to order some Milk Teas and QQs and was very disappointed. All of the drinks tasted extremely watered down. Pretty much was Water and sugar. To be honest I'd rather shell out the extra buck or two at a more "premium" boba shop for a higher quality drink.

The food was fine, but I ordered 2 popcorn chickens which should come out to under $16 with tax. I used Apple Pay and hit no receipt. Later, I realized the owner charged me almost $20. It COULD have been an honest mistake, but seeing as this is something you do daily, I don't think it should be common. In retrospect she didn't show me a tip page so I think she may have filled out a $4 tip for herself and just approved it. I don't have a receipt for proof and $4 isn't going to run me out of house and home, but I'm not for dishonesty so we just won't patronize this location.
