There is this short African American girl (Cashier) that works here that has a TERRIBLE attitude. A type of, "I don't care that you're a customer, paying for things". She was visibly annoyed when I asked for butter on both sides of my toast, so I kindly said, "oh sorry, did I mess you up on that." She goes "yeah...". Foul foul foul attitude. Usually, someone would go ahead and say, "oh no, its fine" or something more cheery, but no, she seems the type to adopt a victim mindset, so that SHE is constantly someone who people have done wrong to...manager, why do you hire people like this? Other than that one girl, food was okay...i bit into a rotten fry that smelled and tasted like toe cheese, but it was only that one.

Went to this Canes location for the first time yesterday and ordered at the counter. I didn't need any drinks because we were taking the food home to eat, but on the menu board they only present combinations meals that I could see in the range of roughly $11 to $15. After paying $20 for a 4 piece tender meal and a 2 piece kids meal, I asked for an additional Canes sauce and was told that extra sauce is 39 cents each. Considering that their prices are high to begin with, I was disappointed with their response as I didn't have any change and I didn't want to make another credit card transaction. We got home and enjoyed the food, but did not conclude that the food was amazing relative to the price. We'll just stick with Chick-Fil-A across the street where there are more choices on the menu, the prices are more reasonable, and they're happy to give out any of 6 or 7 dipping sauces they have when asked.

Monday, 6 pm came for a bite with my son. Only 4 tables taken, the rest were dirty and never cleaned. It was discusting. One guy at register looked homeless with his hair all over his face. Not good for a server. Will not be stopping by anytime soon. Dissapointed. Food was good and service fast

I liked the clean place, they serve with a good attitude, they are fast and their food is very good, the chicken strips are very juicy and have a good flavor, very tasty fries, the bread is soft on the inside and toasted on the outside, personally I don't like it. I like coslaw but the one at this place is delicious, I will definitely return to take my daughters to eat here, this restaurant is highly recommended and the prices are affordable

The worst Raising Cane's I've ever had and I'm not even big on them in the first place. So this just put a bad taste in my mouth (literally). The fries were old and cold and flavorless. The chicken in the sandwich combo wasn't good at all (also flavorless). I usually only care for their sauce because I always thought Raising Cane's was overhyped to begin with and I only cared about the sauce. Even the sauce just tasted wtvr. My husband got the box combo and wasn't happy with it either. Even the Lakewood location was way better. Yes the food came quickly, but so quick even I questioned why and then come to find the food wasn't fresh. Sure, I went drive thru and ate it at home, but my 5 min drive home isn't that long enough for it to taste so old and cold. Super disappointed and won't be going back to this location. The empty lines speak volumes. Save your time and money and go to chik fil a across the street or another canes location.

Super slow service every time I come here. Only 2 cars in line 15 minute wait. Place looks clean from the outside.

Went through the drive through at 715pm and I wasn't able to get out due to the long line that passes in front of the exit. They need a better set up.Parking: Canes knows they get packed and should include that when building them. Most Canes do not have enough parking.
