There is nothing like the thali experience at Rajdhani! The food is exquisite and the service unlike any other place you can go to. I only wish they would reopen for dinner on the weekdays.
Vegetarian options: Rajasthani is amazing, because everything is vegetarian, everything is delicious and exquisitely prepared. I can't think of another vegetarian restaurant that offers such a variety and experience.
Dietary restrictions: For vegans and gluten-free eaters, people with allergies, and everyone really this place is amazing! They put a sign on your table if you are vegan or gluten-free so that the servers know not to serve you anything that might not fit. No matter what your restrictions are, you will always have fun and a wonderful meal.

Just had my niece pick up the pooran poli roti and my first bite had a long hair in it. The same dish is much better at Surti Farsan. So disappointed! The dhokla was extra spongy and sweet.
