I was craving ramen and this place always hits the spot. Ordered Tonkotsu and it was perfect. Super delicious and the service was very friendly and prompt. Will definitely come back!Parking: The restaurant is in a plaza, so there is plenty of parking available in the parking lot.

Love this place. It is a tiny restaurant but the food punches way above it's weight. Ramen is superb but also try the curry.

Alright, so this was my 2nd time coming here. I live a few minutes away. The customer service was amazing. They were busy, but still kept checking on us every few minutes and we didn't have to wait long for our food. The first time I came here it took over half an hour to get our food after ordering and then the customer service wasn't as good. It seems like things changed the past 6 months though.Their ramen is good and this time I got the cheese katsu( can't remember the exact name) but it's chicken katsu with melted cheese! It's hella good! The chicken was soft / slightly crunchy. It wasn't overly hard like some other times I've tried in other places.I also got the small chashu bowl which is good, but didn't stand out to me from other places I tried this from. There's other dishes I want to try, so I'll be coming back to try them later on

The chicken katsu with cheese, easy 5/5. When you're in the mood for a good hearty cheat meal, this is the dish!I only tried this 1 item today so unfortunately the review will be rather short. I ordered the chicken katsu curry (with option of cheese on top) for pick-up and I was very amazed. They give a lot of cheese, the chicken is very great quality- both juicy and crispy, and they don't overload the plate with TOO much rice. The curry is a nice touch however I don't think it added any additional value to the meal lol (I wasn't impressed by the curry :-( ..) Will definitely be coming back to try other dishes, thank you Ramen Zuru!

Tonkotsu ramen is pretty solid. Ordered with the thick noodles and noodle tasted fresh. The pork was tender and nicely flavored. Also enjoyed the egg which meets the standard for good ramen egg. Broth IMO was a little too oily Takoyaki nicely fried and flavor was on point. Overall would recommend this place for your quick ramen fix.

Cockroach leg found in my ramen. Nothing else to be said. Food was good until the leg was found in my bowl. Called for a refund after vomiting from the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced. When I suggested they look into whats going into their food, they stated they normally do and weren't sure what happened this time. Health dept. needs to inspect asap.

Came here tonight for pickup. I was greeted and told it'll be a few minutes. We ordered online and shortly after I checked in. Before I checked in I saw this family walking in to dine in. They got there order while I was still waiting to pickup. I understand the estimated time. But it wasn't that busy when I arrived. Only two tables. Don't think I'll go back.

10/23/23 Yelp helped find this ramen spot & it's actually one that I've passed by dozens of times when I go to 99 Ranch Market, Daiso & then to Pho 2000. It's right on my path.Located inside a shopping center/strip mall on the lot of 99 Ranch. There's plenty of parking but it can get packed during rush hour or weekends because it shares the lot with plenty of businesses.Hubby said it's 'ho-hum', he wasn't impressed. I felt like having both soup & noodles (or something worth using chopsticks hahaha)-so ramen it is. Hubby ordered the chicken curry katsu plate & I got the tonkotsu. First impression, it's quite bland. My broth was "porky", unmistakable smell, not bad but you can really smell the porkiness of it. It sounds funny but that's the best description I can muster. Don't get me wrong. It is not off-putting. So I added the togarashi (red pepper-like dry seasoning) & rayu (it looks like thick chili oil) and that added some flavor to it.Hubby's dish-the katsu breading was also bland-it's like the cook forgot to add salt & pepper to it. It is indeed perfectly breaded & cooked but almost tasteless. The best part was the steamed rice! The curry like sauce was good, nothing to write home about but Hubby was hungry so he ate it. The service was friendly & prompt. Usually, according to the directions on the wall, you're supposed to order using the QR code but the young service told us just to use the WR code to look at at the menu and then she'll manually take our order the old fashioned way. At about 5 pm on Monday, it was just my husband & I at the shop. Our food took less than 10 minutes.Overall, it was worth a try but with such a limited & unappealing menu, we probably will not return. Service was attentive & friendly though.

1. The ramen's broth was good, and it had thick chashu pieces! I also enjoy the karaage as they were crispy and juicy!2. The spot has fun casual vibes with table and counter seatings!3. The staff were friendly and attentive!4. Parking is plentiful, but the shared lot will get busy during the weekend! 20 min parking for some marked spots!Note: The menu barcode will take you to their online ordering system, but you will do your actually ordering with the server!Photo: Tonkotsu Ramen and Karaage
