My first time to try this place today when my friend. They have the kiosk to sign in and the screen says I've been signed in, and I clicked the button for finished signing in. Waited about 30 minutes before I got up to ask the man at the front how much longer is the wait. This man was rude, said I need to wait for my turn because there are many customers though I saw he sat customers who came before us. Then he asked for my name and he said he texted for that name long time ago and I should pay attention. I showed him my phone that there were no text message from them. He insisted that he already called for my name even though we were sitting just across the front desk. So he had me check in again but it only took 10 minutes this time before he called for us (no text). Anyway, food is ok, not great just ok. Parking can be difficult because other establishments use the same parking area.

The male host who worked here on July 4th was so rude. I have a handicap person in my group and he got mad because they cant get inside fast enough. The hamdicap parking is not near. Not only that he had gloves on touched his face then touched chop sticks on the table.

This will be short and sweet. We ordered from the pictures. So for the most part you get pictures of my order but I don’t recall the names. Regardless all the dumplings a
were fabulous. They come out hot and be careful you can get a tongue burn. The noodle and beef is superb. Big selection of teas with boba options. Service is quick. In fact super quick. Not the most sociable folks but not rude at all. Just very efficient at delivery high quality food. Definitely will be back. Parking is a bit challenging during peak hours.

Gosh, it took 20-25 minutes to get just 4 orders of dim sum. They do advertise that this establishment isn’t a fast-food joint but rather a place that makes everything from scratch, so being patient is a must. I understand that, but honestly? I’ve never experienced such slow dim sum service before. It almost feels like you should call ahead next time if you want to order to go.
The overpriced items combined with the long wait for just okay dim sum really left a bad taste. While I appreciate the quality of their food and the fact that they take their time, the sluggish service and high prices make it hard to justify a return unless you're really craving their offerings and are prepared to wait — and pay a premium for what’s average at best.

We were told there would be a 30 min wait, but we waited an hour and they gave our table away to another party. Took our business to another place that doesn't waste our time.
Avoid this place if you value your time.

4/20/2025 = 5 star = 2nd time here and bring entire family , still good experience, we never have issue, will try again soon .
3/23/2025 = 5 Star = First time in here, we've been craving for Dim Sum and this is the only place serve all day Dim Sum , I been to a different Dim Sum place and this place I can give 5 star for now, coz the serving is pretty fair or better than other place I go. I will try to visit again soon and we will see if they are consistent on the service and food .
Went to Sam Woo to celebrate my cousin's birthday with family. The food was good and servings were plenty. Good thing we went there around 5pm as the place started to pack up by 6;30pm onwards. There were just a few staff and were busy getting orders so we just asked for to-go boxes and bags and we just helped ourselves with the left overs. All in all, the food is worth the price and they are so delicious that we're planning to go back there to celebrate my niece's graduation.
Second time here. Great place to get some old school Cantonese Chinese food...and dim sum all day. Woohoo. My favorite is still the soy sauce chow mein; reminds me of small kid time.
Awesome food. They serve dimsum all day. The sui Mai is larger than usual. My wife and I are for a party of 4. It's that good
I didn’t get to try the food because after putting our names on the tablet, we were skipped several times by people who were just walking in to the restaurant. Another lady who was also being skipped spoke up for herself and for our group and the host told her to worry about herself.
