I just ordered this tuna wrap and it's literally all wrap and barely anything inside. I even paid extra for avocado and as you can see there's the TINIEST sliver of avocado. I've never been so disappointed with this subway location but this is pretty sad. I had Uber eats pick it up so I don't know how the service is but I was so excited just to be left with this...

Worst sandwich I’ve ever had from Subway. I ordered the Philly. Onions and pepper were raw. Small portion of meat was cold, it started that way evidently because the cheese was not even close to being melted. Asked for double meat-hate to see what the regular portion is. Bread was stale, fit only for the birds. Unfortunately I ate it as I am house bound in a foot cast. I rarely post negative reviews, this merits one. Too bad, when I pick up, sandwich is always excellent. What happened?! Called store, no manager on site till tomorrow. I will call back and update this review accordingly. EDIT NEXT DAY: got a ride and took my casted foot to store and spoke with Fabio-manager. He said without sandwich and receipt he could do nothing. I had receipt and photo of sandwich. Nope. Last night employee said nothing about having sandwich present. Empty apology from manager. Meaningless. Next time I’m house bound I’ll eat peanut butter and jelly.

I've never had a bad experience at a Subway in my life and I've been going to Subway for over 30 yrs. Went to this one today (first time at this location) during my lunch hour (a little after 12pm) and only one employee was at the front and there were 3 customers ahead of me. Other customers start come in and the line starts getting pretty long. Finally another employee who was in the back comes and starts helping. My sandwich is made and I ask for a small drink but they don't have any small cups so they hand me a large cup and charge me a for a large drink. Whatever no big deal. I go to get ice and the ice machine is empty, so they give me ice that was out sitting in a bowl behind the counter. I still don't say anything and still thinking no big deal. Then the soda has no flavor or carbonation at all. At this point I'm not going to pay for a large soda that is not good. I ask for my money back and the girl tells me she can fix it and it will only take 2 mins. At first I was reluctant but then I felt bad and didn't want to be problematic so I agreed to wait until she fixed it, but then the my elbow hits the hand sanitizer dispenser, which was taped together and it started dangling. I'm in disbelief about the conditions at this Subway at this point, and take the dangling part of the dispenser and place it in the counter. She then accuses me of breaking the dispenser and tells me to fix it and asks me why I broke it. I told her I wanted my money back for everything, I wasn't comfortable eating there at this point, and she keeps telling me that I broke the hand sanitizer dispenser and that I had to fix it. I'm in complete disbelief. She finally gave me my money back and I went somewhere else. Worst Subway ever. Below you can see the picture of the dispenser, that I was accused of breaking, with the tape on it. LOL

Waited 25mins with 3 people in front of me, during rush hour lunch. Very slow workers. Lettuce and tomato were old.

The service was slow, the lettuce was old and starting to brown. BUT the biggest issue I had was the condition of their ice machine, there looked like black mold was growing on the side of it. It had water streaks and water marks. The tea dispenser was so dirty and gross. I can't belive they had an A on their door!

Service has definitely declined. Messed up two sandwiches for pickup. Came back and had to assert myself to fix their mistake. Been in this area for about 2 years now so subway is a regular, but gotta find a new sandwich

She got an attitude the moment I asked for 4 subs toasted with extra cheese. Multiple several times I had to repeat what I wanted to her because instead of listening she was too busy talking back with an attitude She's a women with teenage girls problematic behavior. Here's a lil tip, she calms tfdown once you give her the same energy and some.

They don't take coupons. The lady made my sandwich, then I went to pay, and was told she wouldn't accept the coupon, from subway themselves. While there, another lady walked out because of the same issue.

Servers weren't very friendly but they got my sandwich made quickly. The restaurant wasn't that busy. Food seems fresh and tastes good. The only reason I wouldn't come back is the service, but it's good for a quick in-and-out trip. You really can't go wrong with a good subway sandwich for lunch.
