My favorite place to go whenever I'm craving hot pot nowadays! I'm not able to handle spice so I've only tried their Tomato broth, Chicken broth, and the extra mild version of the Beef Bone broth. Was my first time here and will be back soon! You choose your own ingredients (including the type of noodles) and pay by the pound. My favorite was a fish ball with a filling! Then you choose your preferred soup base and spice level. After they weigh it, they start preparing your order, while you wait you can begin making your own dipping sauce. My first time at YGF Malatang and it was wonderful! There was a large selection of fresh vegetables, fish, noodles, and meats. I chose the Tom Yum broth and it was perfectly spiced and so tasty! It was cooked to perfection and I enjoyed every bite.
