Baskin-Robbins

They don’t have enough staff personnel from Dunken donuts to serve at baskin Robins and They only serve their ice creams. ( I wish they would have a sign up so we are not wasting time in line if you are there for ice cream only)

Went in to buy a couple banana splits. But was told that were closed. We arrived at 6:25 and they close at 7pm .

For the past 3 months in a row they Haven't had all the ingredients for the Frappuccino. Blast, this is ridiculous. At this point I don't know why is it open. I always have this problem at this location the number 1 drink and they don't have ingredients For real. The owner really needs to snap out of it and get to work......

Visited at 7:05pm & they were closed. Website states they close at 8pm.

Would like to leave a review for the Baskin-Robbins we visited at the Parkway at Tejon Outlets. We went through the drive-thru only for their employee to tell us that it wasn’t working. At the very least, leave a cone or sign at the entrance so customers don’t waste their time thinking it’s open.

Then my wife went inside and asked if all menu items were available, and they said yes. But when she got to the front and tried to order a drink, she was told they didn’t have the ingredients to make it. After waiting in line for nothing, she walked out due to the poor service.

Very frustrating experience—lack of communication, no signage, and zero accountability. Do better.

This places has no flavors and no smoothies. Just close it down already 😂. Ridiculous. 31 flavors and only have 2. Gtf o. Lm ao.

Brianna is absolutely wonderful, really has a leadership personality. Made a terribly hot day, much more bearable with friendly customer service and made quick work of my milkshake ??

Left donuts upside down became just bread

Ice cream is supposed to be the best time of the day. But all the employees were sarcastic and rude and made me even want to skip the ice cream. Even the lady at jamba juice had an attitude. These girls all seemed annoyed upon my arrival and seemed upset that I wanted ice cream in the first place. Very sad, management please get on them.

Wish they had zero stars… coming back from L.A my daughter wanted some baskin robbins.. went to the drive thru.. stayed there waiting to order only to be told that their drive thru was closed after 5mins… then went inside to order… the Person working there said they don’t make what we requested off the menu. So confusing obviously this place is needs serious work for folks coming back from out of town to enjoy their product. Zero stars

Got a waffle cone that was stale and had lint in it, not on it. Like the lint was baked in, I found it when I took a bite. So gross.
