After, unfortunately being stranded here in Wheeler Ridge, while backpacking with my service dog, and enduring constant harassment from the rent-a-cops patrolling the entire lease, it was here at Carl's Jr, where after having an early lunch, I was assured by the manager, Carlos, that I could sit right here, and await the Greyhound bus I must unfortunately take tomorrow in Bakersfield.The staff here (at Carl's Jr) were friendly, polite, and genuinely concerned with my experience...read full review

I visited this location on Jan 15, 2024 at around 1pm, and it was quite busy. However, the manager was incredible - he was upbeat, friendly, made sure we got enough sauce, gave us more waffle fries when he thought we didn't have enough, and gave all around excellent customer service under what seemed like a lot of stress/lots of customers.
