I guess 20/ hr isn’t enough to ensure good service. I stood at the front of the line and was just ignored by the staff for at least 5 minutes as they just ignored me. Not a single word of “hang on, I’ll be right with you”. Finally took my order. This is becoming the norm at “fast” food now I guess.

On my to visit family in barkersfield we stop to get a burger. at first I dint wants Carl’s Jr because the one in Tulsa OK are trash. Best Carl’s Jr hands down!!!! Been to a few the across the states but nothing compares to this one from their breakfast burrito to their western diablo burger!! Tasty thanks to Elena Cabaloza for making sure we have everything we needed. The cooks Jenny and manrico cabaloza did a great job I had to thank them personally for their amazing job. A big thanks to the restaurant manager Carlos Gámez for explaining to us basically everything on the menu. Will visit again for sure!!

Pretty weak. Chicken tenders were bad enough that my nine yr old son would not eat them. Breakfast biscuit was very average. Fries were good. Coffee was ok.

After, unfortunately being stranded here in Wheeler Ridge, while backpacking with my service dog, and enduring constant harassment from the rent-a-cops patrolling the entire lease, it was here at Carl's Jr, where after having an early lunch, I was assured by the manager, Carlos, that I could sit right here, and await the Greyhound bus I must unfortunately take tomorrow in Bakersfield.The staff here (at Carl's Jr) were friendly, polite, and genuinely concerned with my experience and my situation. The food was delicious, and reasonably priced, considering the other nearby establishments, who all seem to share the "truck stop prices"
This visit to Carl's J.rI ordered 2 double western bacon? cheeseburgers?2 large fries? waffle Style2 large drinks??5 piece chicken tenderI went through the drive-thru to order everything was fresh the chicken? strips were crispy the burger? was fresh prepared correctly I asked for my bacon to be well done crispy the fries were perfect as well I enjoyed the complete meal the person that took my order was Carlos I found out later on that he was the head manager/general manager the restroom was also fairly clean for the time⏲️ of the day there was not many customer's in the drive though line even though I dined takeout the dining area was pretty nice and clean as well I recommend people to try this Carl's Jr great experience as far as fast drive-thru food times
I visited this location on Jan 15, 2024 at around 1pm, and it was quite busy. However, the manager was incredible - he was upbeat, friendly, made sure we got enough sauce, gave us more waffle fries when he thought we didn't have enough, and gave all around excellent customer service under what seemed like a lot of stress/lots of customers. Thank you - wish I had gotten your name to recognize you, but hopefully the time/date stamp can help! This was my boyfriend's first time at a Carl's Jr. and it did not disappoint!!
