Charleys Cheesesteaks

The two ladies towards the end of the night on July 11th were rude. They made our chicken California with just chicken and cheese. I asked if I can get lettuce and pickles bc it wasn’t on it and they said they don’t come with lettuce. Every Charlie’s I ever been to always adds lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes to the chicken California. I should dispute my order tbh.

Stood at the front counter waiting over 10 minutes for someone to take my order while the employee preparing the food fails to acknowledge me or send someone to take my order.

Elvira has a bad attitude this is my 5th time coming here and she continues to roll her eyes someone needs to address the issue because there’s a lot of people in the reviews saying she has a bad attitude and she still continues to work there she makes customers FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE and when she make our food its not done how it’s supposed to be SOMEONE DO SOMETHING OR NEXT STEP IS GOING TO BE Corporate !!!

Elvira had bad attitude when ordering. I asked if I can change my drink she said no. I’ve came here several times and it’s the same thing with her having a bad attitude with other customers too.

They didn't have Frys.....and before that they ran out if bread...🤦‍♀️

They where close to hotel we were staying at so I went to try them out. Walked in at 7:30 pm and they had already finished closing out the register and said they couldn’t serve me. Seems as though they were in a hurry to get home and not stay open till closing time. If this were my franchise or my business this would never happen. Sorry Charlie.

Food was great overall but customer service sucks.
We walked in , ordered and the lady at the counter (Elvira), rolled her eyes for asking to have the ranch on the side. Then proceeds to rush us to pay. We were being polite the whole time. I don't know why people work in a the food industry if you can't be polite to your customers.

First time here, food was very delicious, clean and freshly made steak! The server Jackie was exceptionally nice and courteous. Will be back!

We went me my husband and my son to Charley’s at the outlet location at 6:45 Saturday night October-19 :first entrance we says hello did u guys still open the worker girl over there checking on her head means yes with out welcoming or smelling at all she wasn’t happy when seen customer and then we order our food and drinks and she continues says I have to given u ur drink to go cups my husband said ok and finally we get our food and drinks all to go and we have to set and eat on the table there the worker guy said u can’t set here because we clean the table we got checking ? my husband said we clean after we finish eating don’t worry and the worker said ok ? we eaten but with out enjoying our food very very bad service never again back there ?

Ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and Got it with missing veggies. No lettuce No tomatoes no Bell peppers nothing like the picture! Didnt check my order there till I was gone. The cooker needs to do a better job

Went in today for some food. The worker Elvira was so rude for absolutely no reason at all. Has no customer service whatsoever. I was being nice and polite the whole time. Looks like she needs to leave her personal issues at home.

Everybody is sleeping on the fact that this place has bomb hot wings ?I come a few times per week for lunch and it it's the spot everytime.The wings are way bigger compared to wingstop so you get more for your buck.
