Charleys Cheesesteaks

We went me my husband and my son to Charley’s at the outlet location at 6:45 Saturday night October-19 :first entrance we says hello did u guys still open the worker girl over there checking on her head means yes with out welcoming or smelling at all she wasn’t happy when seen customer and then we order our food and drinks and she continues says I have to given u ur drink to go cups my husband said ok and finally we get our food and drinks all to go and we have to set and eat on the table there the worker guy said u can’t set here because we clean the table we got checking ? my husband said we clean after we finish eating don’t worry and the worker said ok ? we eaten but with out enjoying our food very very bad service never again back there ?

Ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and Got it with missing veggies. No lettuce No tomatoes no Bell peppers nothing like the picture! Didnt check my order there till I was gone. The cooker needs to do a better job

Went in today for some food. The worker Elvira was so rude for absolutely no reason at all. Has no customer service whatsoever. I was being nice and polite the whole time. Looks like she needs to leave her personal issues at home.

Everybody is sleeping on the fact that this place has bomb hot wings ?I come a few times per week for lunch and it it's the spot everytime.The wings are way bigger compared to wingstop so you get more for your buck.

Delish Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches. At the bottom of the north side Highway 5 Grapevine. 10 minutes walk to Tesla Supercharger at the outlet mall.

My biggest complaint about Charley's is that they didn't put nearly enough onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms on my sandwich. It was all just mostly meat. It seemed like there was literally only one bell pepper and one mushroom on each half of my sandwich, and I really didn't even see the onions. Honestly, Subway makes a MUCH better Philly Cheesesteak sandwich! However, the service was really great. The employee answered all our questions about what all came on the sandwiches and what came on the cheese fries. He was even kind enough to watch my drink while my dad and I used the restrooms. We decided to eat in our car where it was quieter because it was a little too loud in the restaurant for me to be able to hear the conversation I was having with my dad.

Im not one to typically complain much less write a review, however I feel as this experience merits a review ….. I’m a veteran and Charly’s is served on many bases worldwide. I’m currently on a trip to Fresno approximately 2:00 pm 9/29/23 .. passing through the outlets I wanted to stop from the weary trip and eat, oh I have to tell you I was excited when I saw Charly’s and couldn’t wait to get my hands on a chicken California sandwich. As I approached the counter no one was there for a few minutes which was ok as it gave me time to look over the menu but when someone did come out a young man with heavy build came to the counter didn’t say a word and had a very off putting attitude nevertheless i ordered and throughout the transaction my experience grew worse to the point I got upset and took my receipt and sat down until my food came out. I thoroughly enjoyed the food but was not happy with the experience from that employee.

Not bad for fast food Philly Cheesesteak joint along hwy 5. We passed by here as it was close to the Tesla Supercharger stalls. We wanted something quick to eat before hitting the road. This was next to Jamba Juice, Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robins in the same store. Plenty of seats. Lady took our order, not the most smiley friendliest cashier but all business, got our order down. Food came out somewhat fast.Ordered a large Philly Cheesesteak and had them cut in half. It had a lot of meat and cheese. Tasted good to me. Ordered potato wedges with real bacon bits and cheese. That was a bit too much for me but my son and hubby liked it. Ordered a large drink. Decent prices. Would come back to have it again if we were in area.

We were the only customers and they still got the order wrong. Restrooms are shared between 4 restaurants and all of them choose not to clean them. Pretty bad spot for a restroom pit stop.

The soft and crunchy bread on the outside, plus the delicious soft meat, I was fascinated, I didn't expect such delicious food in the middle of the freeway ?
The price is even better, only 20 dollars for a large sandwich in combo with gourmet fries
