Extremely disappointed with the service at this location. The manager on duty is consistently rude, never smiles, and creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. It’s frustrating to walk in only to be told yet again that there are no Cinnabons available. How does a Cinnabon not have Cinnabons? What’s even more upsetting is that they let go of one of the best employees they had who was always upbeat, friendly, and made the entire experience enjoyable. It’s a shame to see someone with such a great personality and strong work ethic replaced while the customer service continues to go downhill.A supervisor named Kristina has the most disappointing and rude personality. This location seriously needs better management and a reminder that customers have choices.

We stopped by the outlets on our way home and were surprised that there was a Carvel ice cream in the Cinnabon store. The ice cream cones and the Oreo Carvelanche were delicious!! Got a Cinnabon to go too. You have to stop by and try it.

I always start my shopping trips at the Tejon outlets with a visit to Cinnabon, and it never disappoints! The service is consistently friendly and fast, making for a pleasant experience every time. On Wednesday I went around 2:30pm and received the worst possible service from the girl with glasses I seen her name said Savanah. She was so rude and had no patience, she had no respect on how she spoke to the paying customers. I ended up walking out without getting anything. Cinnabon will lose a lot of business with someone like that there.

Came into cinnabon on Tuesday and was helped by a guy, he was super funny and upsaled as well. His name was samuel ill definitely be back for more cinnabons! I was alittle nervous coming in seeing all the bad reviews but im glad I did. I recommend the bon bites they where so soft.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I have been there twice (both times within the “office hours”) and both times they refused to sell me Cinnabons, because “they were already closed”. First time I went there on May 17 (around 7:15 pm), I managed to get inside the shop, but was told that it is too late and they are not selling anymore - even though info on the door says that they are open till 8 pm, and the product was still on the shelfs! Second time I had been there on June 1, at 7 pm sharp (again – they are officially open till 8 pm) and guess what – they had the doors already locked and told me through the window (!) that the are not selling anymore. My reply that they are officially open for one more hour and should sell me the products was met with a silly smile and a shrug of the arms.With such staff I would not be surprised if the owner was in the red and had to close the business soon.They deserve "0" stars, but Google does not provide such option.

Savannah needs to be fired. Point blank. If I could give zero stars I would. So rude and condescending when I was just trying to order a Cinnabon. Made my sons feel bad about asking for Cinnabon when they asked for the little cinnabites and savannah yelled and said NO WE CANT MAKE THOSE FOR YOU. Then said she had to charge us 7.99 for each one so we asked for the 16 pack of them then due to it being cheaper. She scoffed and then rolled her eyes when we asked for that then and said no they aren’t allowed to give us the ones at the register area where all the other Cinnabons were. There was a whole tray out and no it was not even close to closing. Closing was 2 hours from when we came in.
