We ordered an iced coffee and the guy at the counter taking our order was just standing there staring at me while I was ordering. He was coming off a bit rude.He was wearing a hat, he was somewhat petite in height and build. Bathrooms were dirty and toilet paper was out. It was rather busy at that time. I get it you work for Starbucks but I don’t need the attitude. ✌️
4/23/2024 6amI was reading the reviews on my way to the location. The location seems to be a hit or miss with customers. The bad reviews received replies, from the owner, as if the owner doesn’t even visit the store and is remote. I also didn’t get a hint of assurance of improvements.Having written about that observation, I decided I’d try the place anyways. After Starbucks owners reply to my review, I changed from 1 star to 4 star review as you got Excellent team working out there. They’re friendly and respectful to each other whilst working and as per my observation standing in line waiting for the order fulfillment.
