My family and I were going to Ventura CA, we popped in to grab coffees, snack, and use the restrooms. The breakfast sandwiches were good, the guy who took my order was so nice. I went to the restroom and realized I forgot 1 of my drinks so I had to wait in line to order it. The young man remembered my name and what I had just ordered but I told him I forgot one. While we stood and waited for our order, some other people who had walked in and were waiting for their order also,...
Geez so many 1 star reviews… it’s starbucks not the French Laundry. Most people giving bad reviews are probably just tired from driving. This location was sold out on a lot of items but not a big deal.
The wait time for a single coffee was 30 minutes, marking the longest duration I've experienced for this service. Additionally, the subsequent orders that were taken after ours also added to the overall delay, leading to a less than satisfactory experience.
