It depends on who serves you, but sometimes there is a friendly girl, other times a girl who, perhaps due to the tiredness of the day, is not very friendly. But always coming to this subway is an advantage of fast food and good taste.

I ordered a sub from this Subway at 5701 Outlets at Tejon Pkwy on October 12 at 7:15 PM. They took my order and charged my card, but when I showed up, the store was closed. I never got my sub. I complained on their website, and the owner, RAVI, told me that when I COME NEXT TIME, they’d “see.” They never resolved it, and I never got my refund. This place is awful, and the owner Ravi is a scammer. Don’t go here—they will cheat you!

Esmeralda was incredibly kind to us. She made the food with love and was even willing to stay open a little later to make sure we got our sandwich. Thank you so much! We appreciate it and will be back whenever we are looking for a great sandwich!
