Depends on the staff... sometimes they will place your order correctly while other times there is mass confusion. Most of the time, the food is freshly prepared but beware when your food is re-fried for the umpteenth time and it food is chewwwwwwwy. Yuk. Make sure you check your order before you leave because they will NOT allow you to come back for a correct item.

This is the worst McDonald's you'll ever go to. Without failure, they mess up my order. Not only do they constantly say my McDonald's app code isn't "working", but they simply get at LEAST one item wrong every. single. time. When you tell them they've messed up, they give you attitude back and pretend they can't do anything about it. This time around, I was greeted by a man who was not only rushing me to order, but got my order wrong, then claimed my app wasn't working and said "I don't know what you want me to say". I had my sister use her app and he still said it wasn't working. Regardless we go through to grab our food and our burger was made wrong and they gave us the wrong shake. I addressed the burger shouldn't have cheese, that's what it says on the receipt, and was given back an oil soaked burger. I received the burger and opened it and showed them the burger, with oil literally DRIPPING from the wrap, and they just looked at me like I was stupid. At that point I didn't have time to wait for a third burger to be made or for them to give me the correct drink. Burger ended up in the trash, waste of time and money. Lastly, none of this would be warranted for me to give a bad review but they earned it by the sheer lack of customer service and common courtesy. Don't give people inedible food and act like the person in the car is the one who cooked it.

Asked for big breakfast with packages, meal did not get hash brown. Asked for meal #2 didn't hashbrown aswell. Rude staff after I asked for it.

this place is bad! They did not let my 10¢ slide, we waiting 10 minutes for a medium cup that the worker only had to spin around and grab the cup and hand it to us. They forgot ONE chicken nugget when I ordered a 10pc which was unacceptable! Will not be coming back again! Always receives complaints the times I’ve came.

Not ONCE have they got my order right. They always miss something constantly. One time they put a McChicken patty on my Chicken Sandwich! How can you get that wrong? Don't get me started with the drive-thru. You can almost never tell what the workers are saying. Straight up unintelligible. Horrible sitting. Obviously the workers don't get payed enough to care.

We ordered curb side pickup before closing and and they were being rude and not explaining anything to us and kicked us out saying they were closed. They didn’t even let us cancel the order

Ordered a curbside with plenty of time before closing at least 15 minutes, when I saw it closed I decided to go inside to see what was going on. They wouldn’t even let me explain what was going on they straight up kicked me out saying they don’t care. I asked if i could cancel my order then since i had already paid through the app, they persisted on telling me to get out that they didn’t care.
