This is the second time I stop by later in the afternoon. They always close before 6pm even tho their website and store hours says 6:30pm. Employees just try to leave early. They should hire staff who are willing to work and give the best client service.

My husband ordered 3 pretzels, pretzel nuggets and 3 cheeses but was charged for 4 on 2/3/24 at 1:54 pm with Bryan as the cashier. My husband wanted a jalapeno pretzel, and the cashier stated it would take 30 minutes with attitude and resistance. My husband said that was fine and then went to Jamba Juice to order something else, so the wait didn't seem so long. When my husband came back in 10 minutes, the cashier had the jalapeno pretzel in a bag along with rest of his order. This pretzel was not made correctly, and it is unfortunate that we have to pay workers more than they deserve when they do not want to do their jobs correctly. Below is a picture of the jalapeno pretzel that was made incorrectly. The jalapenos were placed on top of a regular pretzel not mixed into the dough and made fresh.

Everytime we go here the pretzels taste like they have been left out all day. When they first opened they had sour cream and onion pretzels and bites now they don't have it.

When you can arrive at the sweet spot of hours open which no one ever knows here, the pretzels are consistently burnt/overdone. The texture is dry, not buttery or “soft”.Perhaps needing some better training. The beauty of chains is supposed to be a consistent product that patrons have come to know and expect. Sadly, not always the case at this location. However, employees are often polite and friendly.

Literally the worst pretzels I've ever had. The bites were soooo dry and flat and the pretzel dog was burnt on the bottom!

When this place first opened and up until last year sometime, this place was great. No complaints whatsoever. Unfortunately, now the pretzels are always burnt and the cinnamon ones hardly have any coating. Today, I had asked for the pepperoni pretzel, and I specifically asked for one that isn't burned because the ones I saw in the heater were burned. The girl gave me the one underneath as it seemed to be less burnt. Once I arrived to my destination, I dove in to start eating and quickly noticed the under side was horribly burnt. What a disappointment. My daughter's salted pretzel was burnt on the underside as well. Can you please get employees in there who take pride in their work? Sincerely, a pretzel lover.

It's 2:30, and they have 2 pretzels! It's a 25 minute wait for pretzels. There's nowhere to sit if there are more than 2 of you, and the walls are lined with people waiting for either pretzels or Jamba Juice. I don't know which, because it's hard to say where the incompetence begins and ends. We promised our grandkids pretzels so here we wait, uncomfortable and wondering how a place like this stays in business.

For 10 bucks I got a med size rubber pretzel and no lie my drink wasn't even full. Cheese was on the frozen side. But the 2 employees were great.
